I was there October 30, 2023 and I cannot believe what I witnessed! First my cousin ordered a medium drink and they charged her an extra three dollars without telling her they upgraded her to a reusable cup because they didn't have medium drinks. When my cousin confronted them after seeing the receipt, they simply said we charged you three dollars extra because we don't have the medium size cups. my cousin asked for refund. While I was sitting at the counter watching them make my sandwich. Protein style Dbl bacon burger with fries . I noticed after they finished wrapping it, one of the cooks opened it up from the front and noticed they did not put bacon in it. I literally saw them grab a piece of bacon folded up and into a tiny square and stuff it into the middle of my burger. Once they tried to serve it to me, I told the same lady at the register who had overcharged my cousin her name is Maria 2022. Look at how they put the bacon on my sandwich? Please have them unwrap my sandwich and lay the bacon on there so enjoy my burger the way it's suppose to be wrapped. At this point I was going to watch them make my sandwich the entire time. While I was sitting there I noticed them make my sandwich and mistakenly give it to a different customer. The customer walked away to her table. I didn't see what she did with it but she came back explaining to them it wasn't her sandwich. I watch them with my own eyes take the sandwich from her bare hands, put it on the back counter, grab it back again and put it on a tray to serve it to me. My jaw dropped! I looked at Maria 2022 and said what on earth type of business do you have running here? You saw the lady walk away with my sandwich, she obviously opened it up with her hands to see it wasn't what she ordered and when she gave it back to you, you want a hand me a sandwich that's been opened and touched by a complete stranger? Please throw that in the trash and make the sandwich that I paid for. As I'm sitting on the counter watching them make my sandwich the lady from the kitchen who looked like she could be the kitchen manager brought me my order, I started crying and told her I couldn't believe what I just went through just to have a burger. Johnny rocket is one of my favorite places to eat And I couldn't believe Maria didn't care that a complete stranger walked away with my food and brought it back just for her to hand it to me like that?! The lady apologized to me and said she would speak to Maria about it. She offered me a free drink and I refused. I asked for a refund and walked away. I hope Maria gets fired for this! God forbid that customer could've put anything in that sandwich and Mary never thought once about sanitation or my safety. I can only imagine how many times she's done that to people. Especially overcharging Everyone for a cup they didn't order!

This was in the food court at Mandalay Bay. Service was super fast, though not very friendly. They forgot my milkshake and acted like I was crazy when I asked for it. When you pay $10 for a small shake you ask for it. All the food was hot and dome well and, in the end, the milkshake was excellent.

The food was ok. For it to be fast food, it took awhile for the food to come. The burger was ok and fries weren't hot. I felt that as long as we waited that the food would be hot.

The best thing I can say is they were fast and the lemonade was cold! We had chicken tenders which seemed over-cooked, dry and tough. The burger was also not the best according to my colleague - thin and dry. Fries were pretty good but could have been crispier. In a busting food court at a convention - what should I expect!?!

Having a great burger in the middle of a busy convention was a great treat. The food was amazing and the dinner felt superb. If you are in the mood for something comforting, this is the place.

Located in the food court at Luxor The staff was amicable and the shakes were delicious. I was a bit taken back at the $32.00 price for 3 milkshakes but this is the new Vegas.
