Brought our family and extended family to celebrate my son’s 9th birthday. He specifically asked for a burger, and since we were going to be in the area, we planned on eating here. The hours on Google says this place closes at 8 pm. We arrived at 6 pm to find all of the chairs on the tables and the staff closing down the restaurant. They said they close at 7…but it was only 6…and it looked like they were wrapping up for the day. We ended up having to go to CPK next door, much to my son’s disappointment.

BEWARE Worse service ever!!!! The guy cashier super rude and the guy who gives food out. They give you a look for not tipping. One-Why would I tip you if it's to go! Second- one Burger & fries 20.00 dollars really? Ask for it no pink and gives it to me burnt. Manager there listening and walks away. I think because it's a tourist area they think locals don't come to this mall, treats them like oh! They ain't coming back attitude. They should focus on customer service because they don't know who's walking in. Regards A upset Local

Awful. $27 for burnt chicken tenders! Horrible service. Clerk rolled his eyes when I asked for ranch knowing the whole time the chicken was over done. When I arrived to place an order I did not realize it was close to closing time. I even tipped 25%. Horrible experience!! Would like my money back!

We were up quite late after a show and on the way back to our hotel we passed this place. Surprised as to how nice the chicken burger and chips were. My son had a milkshake also. I thought it was expensive for a burger, but as far as I can see this is a usual price now in the states. As fast food goes, the chicken burger was lovely . Staff nothing to speak of, it's just a pay and pass over the meal kind of place, no friendliness about it, but good if you just haven't had time for a meal that day and need something quick

We were staying in the Trump hotel opposite the mall and wanted to get some food. It was more cost effective to get burgers etc for the kids here than at the hotel. The food was good, was made fresh, we all had burgers and fries as well as some milkshakes. No complaints on the food other than it was on the pricier side for burgers from a chain and you're sitting in a mall. Kids meal were $12 and the adult were $17, the shakes were $9.This was a good option for food near the strip that's walking distance, we were able to sit and eat.Kid-friendliness: kids enjoyed.

Why did I agree to this Place? Do NOT waste your time or your money here. I could have went across to California pizza kitchen and spent the same money on better food better service. The kid that took our order was a very non friendly person. He was rushing to take the order. Not like there was anyone behind us or anywhere in there. We got our food and it was just ok. For the money we spent...

I have been to a lot of Johnny Rockets but this location at the Fashion Mall was by far the worst. The cashier charged me for a large soda when I thought I was getting a medium which was cheaper. Then when I recieved my order, the fries were luke warm and the burger was over cooked. I paid $24 for burger, fries and soda. A very overpriced and horrible meal.
