Overall we had a good experience. The the bacon cheeseburger was excellent aside well as the fries. The cost was astronomical but so is everything. No value but the food was good along with the service.

We had breakfast here, the food we ordered was bland and overpriced, with a Belgian Waffle that supposedly had strawberries on top (unrecogniseable, at best it was some kind of jam) and wildly expensive bacon and egg muffins. First and last time as far as we are concerned

Chicken was raw inside. For the prices they charge they could at least have chefs that know how to cook meat properly

Food was really good, the double burger was really juicy, full of flavor and filling. Fries were crispy and fresh.
Chicken tenders were mediocre and definitely not worth $22.
The overalls service was excellent, just noting that the prices were way off due to their location being inside a casino

Worst service, the attendant was annoyed i existed and the food was terrible for $30. They need to close this embarrassing franchise.

We have eaten at other locations and always enjoyed it but this was by far the worst place ever! We ordered a cheeseburger and fries and also the chicken tenders and fries and a drink and it was $70!!!! The chicken tenders didn't look anything like the photo on the board, they were 4 small nuggets. I said something to the cashier and all he could say was welcome to Vegas! We frequently visit Vegas but they were definitely price gouging and extremely rude to us and the food was terrible! We should have known something was wrong since the place was empty at dinner time. I should have taken pictures. It's not a normal Johnny Rockets, that's for sure!

Just barely better than McD's = 2 stars. There were more employees than there were customers and the service was still the worst. No wonder the place was almost empty. I should known better.

This restaurant is located in the basement of Horseshoe. I had a negative experience here, where I wanted to modify what I was ordering, and apparently that was too complicated for them. They were going to overcharge me because they couldn’t figure out what they were doing, so I walked away. The place itself is severely overpriced, even for the strip. Go elsewhere.
