Only reason for 3 stars is the fact that 2 burgers and 2 fries and only 1 drink costed 68 Bucks . Never again

Las Vegas is not a cheap place to visit. But come on do we really need to charge $58 for 2 hamburger meals? This place was so bad they took our money and then did not cook our food. We were waiting patiently because we were not sure how busy they were. After 20 mins of waiting we got up and asked about our order. They wanted to see our receipt. Really I just ordered 20 mins ago you do not remember taking my order? Then we noticed employees playing on their phones and not cooking anything. Also Managers were coming out of their office laughing and talking all the while we were stewing. Then the excuse came - after we presented our receipt- that their printer had not been working right. WELL if that is the case then why didn’t someone ask if they got the order after we ordered to make sure it printed out??? Such a joke. I did complain to their corporate office in an email while we sat there and the Manager gave us 1/2 the cost of our meal back so, that made it regular price in the real world. Just goes to show you that people really do not care about their jobs. Sad. The hamburgers were not that good either.
