Been going there for years until bartender gets drunk also and start a fight with you and then they kick you out when is them fault bad service overall wish I can talk to the owner and not to the bartenders

Wanted to support a local business participating in the open rewards program, and was also willing to lose some money gaming. Played for a while and ordered some food, some time after I finished eating (but was still playing) the cook came out to collect payment for my order. Weird, but whatever. I gave her a card and she said it was cash only, which wasn't written anywhere or told to me in advance. So I cashed out the money I put in the machine and used it to pay her. Asked for a receipt (needed for the rewards program to support their business since I couldn't use a card) and was told "the machine is broken." Oookay, shady AF but again, whatever. Then, because I had less money than I planned to have for a tip due to the kitchen being separate and cash only I tried to leave the bartender $2 (I lost $200 and only had a few bottled beers). She literally gave it back and said "no you keep it." Ridiculous, especially for a dive bar in the ghetto. Was hoping to find a new off strip spot to hang out at but there's no shortage of competitors ?
