He made sure to check on us multiple times during our wait for our order and offered snacks to ease the wait time. It's like I am in the Philippines.
I place an order online they say they don't have the order. Even though I have the receipt. 5 minutes later they have the order. This is extremely frustrating as I don't even eat the food as it's for my family.
Then they close the drive through window on me ask me to drive around. This is when they said they have the order.
Jollibee Philippines Service with American Prices. I would not buy or eat here if it was up to me, I actually do not some of my family members like this place I do not.
This place is has no value for money but it is expensive cultural nostalgic comfort food.

I ordered from uber eats and i didn’t get the drinks i paid for with my order, and on top of that, my food is poorly packed. The tape that seals the bag was opened and the burgers are literally coming out of its wrapper.

Love this store and ive been to a few jollibees from the bay area to now vegas, I pulled up on my motorcycle after ordering my food and sarah and darline were so kind to me while I was at the window. Making small talk while I waited on my bucket of chicken which was cooked perfectly by the way. Didn't taste overcooked or undercooked like chewy at all. It all fit in my saddlebags thank God probably because it was prepped in the bag perfectly. No complaints highly recommend 👌
