I went In yesterday on my lunch break. While I was in line at the register, the young man that works there asked me if I was paying cash or card I said card. He instructed me to use the kiosk. When I went to the kiosk the exact order I always get couldn’t be found I stood there for about 10 minutes trying to find what I always order. Finally I asked the young man where that would be in the kiosk he said perfect pairs. I went to the perfect pairs my exact order was still not there I stood there an additional 10 mins unable to order. I saw people going to the register to order so I went to the register after being frustrated for 20 mins. The cashier is helping someone in front of me and says to me “how may I help you” I said I’m trying to order. It took exactly less than 3 minutes to put my order in at the register. Why I had to stand at the kiosk to order was ridiculous in those 20 minutes I could have ordered and ate. I will never eat at this location again they made me feel like I couldn’t order at the register at all but other customers who came in after me weren’t told to use the kiosk. They ordered at the register. The food was good and the portion size was decent.

I’ve been to this location three times, and each time they have either forgotten about my order and brought out cold food, and today I went and got 1 spicy chicken sandwich combo, and they didn’t even give me the sandwich. The food is good but the staff, service, and communication must be a mess for these issues to be so consistent.

Right before close the team here worked together to knock out a line, including myself. Addison’s customer service was phenomenal. He made sure to check on us multiple times during our wait for our order and offered snacks to ease the wait time. I am beyond impressed with this team and Addison’s thoughtful and communicative approach to service. A+ location

It's like I am in the Philippines.
I place an order online they say they don't have the order. Even though I have the receipt. 5 minutes later they have the order. This is extremely frustrating as I don't even eat the food as it's for my family.
Then they close the drive through window on me ask me to drive around. This is when they said they have the order.
Jollibee Philippines Service with American Prices. I would not buy or eat here if it was up to me, I actually do not some of my family members like this place I do not.
This place is has no value for money but it is expensive cultural nostalgic comfort food.
Everyone is getting served except me 20 minutes later still no food. This is the opposite of fast food.
Walker in it was sitting all this time. I am back in the Philippines while living in Las Vegas.

I ordered from uber eats and i didn’t get the drinks i paid for with my order, and on top of that, my food is poorly packed. The tape that seals the bag was opened and the burgers are literally coming out of its wrapper.
Love this store and ive been to a few jollibees from the bay area to now vegas, I pulled up on my motorcycle after ordering my food and sarah and darline were so kind to me while I was at the window. Making small talk while I waited on my bucket of chicken which was cooked perfectly by the way. Didn't taste overcooked or undercooked like chewy at all. It all fit in my saddlebags thank God probably because it was prepped in the bag perfectly. No complaints highly recommend 👌
