Small cute place. It gives out a city streets of a distant city vibes. We made contact with our waitress and we made our orders. I ordered some chicken wings and they were some large size chicken wings. My wife ordered some tteobokki and it was good. It was an overall good experience.

The quality of food is going to vary. Went on a Saturday night and it was awesome. Every single wing was amazing. Went today (Friday) at opening and it was bad. The Alfredo had a pool of butter sitting towards the bottom. Drained as much as I could. Wings were the wrong sauce. It was buffalo instead of gochujang and trust me you want the govhujang especially when they are made properly. Also the wing were a sloppy mess unlike the first time around. They were a perfect crunch and sauced good too.

I ordered a half and half original and spicy chicken. Taste wise i give a 3 out of 5 because it could have been more flavorful and better seasoned. The chicken taste plain and so so. However it has great value for 28$ because you have a whole box and the chicken was not bad just lack of seasoning and flavor hence i give it 4 out of 5.
Service speed could be better though, i ordered online 15 minutes prior before i arrive at the place to pick up and yet i had to wait for 15 more extra minutes and it wasn't that busy at all at 10.20pm
Will i come back , no but it's overall not bad. I still prefer BBQ korean chicken though.

Best chicken in the world. I’m not from Vegas so I make sure to stop by on my visits. You will not find Korean fried chicken like this anywhere.

Added November 2024: Jong-Ro unfortunately has changed a lot since it first opened. I feel that each time I went back after they initially opened the quality of the korean fried chicken degraded. Still decent chicken for maybe the locals but I will not make the long trip just for JongRo anymore.

Kentucky lost this title a long time ago. KFC is for Korean Fried Chicken. Sorry not sorry. I'm a big back boy. I EAT. My wife had the audacity to say we could split an order of chicken and then get some sides! What the flip, dude?!? I protested and got a second order. With how prices are now, no way did I think $25 was gonna feed me... I was HELLA wrong. You get so much. The only problem is that it's so good and crispy (even when reheated), that you will hospitalize yourself if you don't have someone to help you make good decisions.

Great spot with fantastic chicken. Had the half original half Korean sweet chili. Original was the better of the two and the garlic butter spread they provided on the side was amazing

Better than b.b.q chicken, but you have to wave the waiter down in order to order.

Vegetarian options: Ramen, rice bowl, and ttekboki. it's a chicken place.

Parking: Decent parking, but a little crowded at times

Kid-friendliness: Completely kid-friendly. A little quiet, but that is all.

Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible.

I love it here. Ecer since I first came to Vegas I tried this chicken and I'm addicted. The chicken is always juicy, crispy and perfect. The drinks are delicious especially the green apple soju.

Located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking

Staff was friendly and remembered us from a previous visit. They accommodated everyone and our requests

This is the best fried chicken I've had, and I've had plenty. It was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. All of them are flavourful and the garlic sauce they make is to die for!!!

Super thick batter, barely any meat, and also oily. Flavors are lacking and would not purchase again. Just disappointing there are way better good korean fried chicken place.

lee lovely

Darn you Tik Tok?We went to JongRo because people on TikTok recommended it. I don't know where to begin?. Customer service was a 1. We were just standing there waiting to be seated and no one acknowledged us at all. The place isn't big at all but the guy (Caucasian with piercings and tattoos) seemed so overwhelmed.
I asked the tatted guy do we just sit down he said yes but he wasn't pleasant at all. My family of four had to sit at 2 separate tables until one bigger one became ready. I had to ask if we could sit together. My husband stood until the guy Eventually got him a chair.
Eventually an Asian male apologized for the wait and brought us water. He was actually pleasant. He took our order. This was our first time here and we only stayed because we were on vacation and my daughter wanted to give them a try. The wings looked nothing like the picture and they were soggy, tasted like watered down sauce, and had no taste. The chicken strips were crispy but had NO seasoning. My daughter said the Tteokbokki was very good and the portion was huge (I'm happy at least she was happy) . Would I recommend this place, "No"! Too many negatives ?

Music was cool. Chicken wasn’t bad. I think that double fried just isn’t my thing. I’ve had better seasoned fried chicken. Also, service fee included for 5 people, meh.

I'm sure the food would have been fine, but last seating for 9pm on a friday at a kchicken place that closes at 10pm is pretty wack. We arrived at 9:05 and allegedly food can take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes to come out so what's up with such an early last seating. If you want more time to clean then close earlier?

Place is clean and decorated sterile-ey so whether that's a pro or con is up to you.
