Excellent food! Great ambience, wonderful surface. This is why it's one of the top 50 Chinese restaurants in America. Try their beef and broccoli, and the compile chicken. Both will not leave you disappointed.

This place was awesome!! Why did they cloae downn? They were always super busy... the food was authentic and the servers were always so sweet. They were stingy with the chili oil but that was about it. Cann you please tell why you closed!?!

What a wonderful place to eat. The waitresses are extremely nice, and they were so attentive to our party of 10. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it! It's a great resturant to enjoy Chinese food!

Was served extremely fast and the meal was delicious. This is a nice place to visit to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. The crab Rangoon are so light and fluffy I wish they came with more.

Just went to get my favorite orange beef and amazing egg foo young. And I was floored to find out they have closed forever as of September 27, 2022. So sad. Place was fantastic. RIP Joyful House!!!

Honestly this was a disappointment. I've been driving by and wanting to eat here and overall the reviews were positive. I went this weekend and stood for over 15 minutes at the hostess desk and no one even acknowledged we had been waiting to wait. At minimum say something. Poor way to handle the situation. Eventually me and my family just left while others remained standing and waiting to be acknowledged.

I have been eating here since 1996. This is a great family run restaurant that serves real hinese food. The chef is the owner and prepares each meal with care and consideration for the customer. If you want somethinng new and different by all means ask him! He made me several dishes that were not on the menu. A+

This place is so lovely. The waitresses are so nice and VERY attentive to your needs. The food comes out quickly and is very good. I love Chinese food but was struggling to find a place that had good Chinese food. The serving sizes are big and very filling. I loved how they give you tea with a teapot at your table, and the interior of the restaurant is beautiful. It may not look like much from the outside but truly this place is a gem. The prices are a little higher than usual but honestly SO worth what you get. I loved how polite the waitresses were. They have a huge selection on their menus as well. Overall I'd rate this a 8/10, definitely check it out!

Been going here for over 10 years, my husband since 1999; food is delicious and have always been consistent. My kids love Peking duck with buns; we always ask for 4 more buns for additional charge. Walnut shrimp, lo mein, chow fun (dry or gravy), pepper steak, scallops, bok choy with shiitake, crispy chicken, lobster with ginger and so much more are all .

Very pleasant efficient staff, we stopped for a quick bite of Lettuce Wraps and Honey Walnut shrimp as we were progressive dining. The food was great but it was pricey for this plus 1 glass of wine $60 (ish).

Foods were okay but price was a little bit higher. The staff were all snotty and cannot handle a big group (meeting) even with reservations! Manager should be fired since she’s not flexible with customers needs! Will never come back!!??

Great service and great food. Servers are very attentive, friendly and are quick to refill drinks, additional napkins, and refilling our soup bowls. Definitely returning.

Oh wow. I found this place during my short trip to Vegas. I found the service to be pretty friendly, which is untypical of most Ethnic owned restaurants that have great food but little to no service. I was not a huge fan of the Roast Pig when I went, maybe it wasn't fresh that day. However, their Typhoon Shelter Style Crab---OMGGGGG SOOOO GOOOOD!! Their Dim Sum is just average to me, but their Chinese Food was great. My favorite Dim SUm that they had were the Buns. The Snow Cap BBQ Bun and Salty Egg Yolk Lava Bun stood out the most to me. The BBQ Pork Pastry was crispy and flaky. They also have Durian Puffs, which is pretty hard to find because of how tedious it is to make. (I can't stand Durian but my food buddy did and she brought like 5 boxes back home.) Some of the other memorable We had this dish with these huge Steamed Clams with garlic and glass noodles underneath--SO GOOODD! Another good dish was their Pan Fried Minced Pork & Salty Fish patties. The Snow pea Leaves w/ Supreme Broth was really tasty as well. Lastly, I would recommend the steamed Sweet shrimp topped w/ Garlic and green onions. Their Entrees are on the large side so make sure you bring some extra people to share this deliciousness with.
