Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina

Love this place so much. This restaurant and the Henderson location. Been to both places and the service and food was amazing. This chain is my one and only go to for Mexican in Vegas. Thank you, Juan's for a great time and great food. Yelp for reservations.

Food was outstanding as usual, however it was Margie's service that sent the experience over the top. She was on top it all dinner long. You can't go wrong if you are lucky enough to sit in her section.

Tex Mex food, plentiful portions, and prompt service. Maybe too prompt. I felt they were rushing us. It was busy, despite being a Tuesday night. Not relaxing at all.

I thought the food was okay. Not anything that will amaze you.
The flaming part of the name is accurate. The fajitas are doused with vodka and lit for a truly large burst of flames. I asked the server what they poured on the fajitas for the flames. Surprised it wasn't tequila.....for the flavor.

Anyway.....
If you're looking for large portions of just okay tex-mex, give them a try.
I definitely recommend sharing a single order of fajitas. We ordered the 2 person size and it was ridiculous how much food that was.

I decided to try this restaurant because of a flyer and boy I'm glad I did! The food was delicious and the service was awesome. We decided to try them for lunch. We ate so much we couldn't even eat dinner! Also the margaritas was on point. Try for yourself!

8/14/25 - 3rd time getting take out. It's been 6 years since I was last here. It is just THE best food, and you get so much. We ordered flauta, chicken taco, fajitas, burrito, tostada, and Baja taco. It all came with refried beans, salsa, chips, guacamole, sour cream, red sauce, and tortillas. Highly recommend trying this place out. And the waiters are just so polite!

6/9/19 - 2nd time ordering takeout. Once again the food was delicious!

5/23/19 - OMG! Best. Food. Ever! Today was my first time trying this place out, we ordered takeout. I must say I am truly impressed! The food was delicious! I had the Chimichanga and it came with beans and rice and some soup Everything was so good! I definitely recommend this place!

Staff was friendly but it was super loud in there. Fideo soup was obnoxiously salty. Flan was mediocre at best. Chips an salsa were average. We gave up and left.
