I have my gym membership here for 1 year now. I love the smoothies for myself and my kids. They really are amazing and they help with my recovery everytime. I loved the atmosphere up until a couple months ago. I believe they hired a few new people, some of which have been very nice and I love the service they provide. I have also encounter the other new employees that have recently been hired. 2 girls that work around the time I come to the gym. My routine on Wed is 12pm to 2pm....

It's a must if you need that pump at the gym beforehand or a nice meal after your workout. The "Power Lift" and "Going Ape" smoothies are my absolute favorites after my workouts. Best of all they're sweetened with Stevia from the yogurt. My only complaint is it is rather pricey. Give them a try! Best smoothies in my opinion.
