i got a member pass from lvac on 9/28 which included a free smoothie. the front counter lady @ 10/12/24 8:30pm said its past 2 weeks and denied me the smoothie. i told her i wasnt told this by lvac staff or juice bar but the 2 week period ends on 10/12? . she got mad and called me a liar in spanish, said she can pull footage / audio on when they told me. im putting this on here so others dont approach the bar and look stupid bcs staff doesnt communicate with costumers lol . Lady has no right to be talking to people this way. I spoke to the LVAC night shift manager whos name is Brogan(white, ginger redhead), he laughed about it. True its the situation that is funny when your not on the recieving end. I believe they discriminated me over my sexuality. That lady did not like me since i started going to that gym. All bad ... youll be hearing from me again!

On the 22nd of July, 2024, I visited the Las Vegas Athletic Club (LVAC) branch located at 5200 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV. I arrived at the gym between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and engaged in a workout session. Subsequently, I visited the Juice Bar within the facility for a refreshing shake, the experience of which left me dissatisfied. The attire of the Juice Bar staff member, Erika, appeared inappropriate for a professional setting, prompting inquiries about the establishment's employee dress code.
When I ordered my usual Get Big Shake with vanilla flavor and oat milk, I was surprised to be charged $14.01 for the shake, whereas, based on my understanding, it should have cost only $12.94 including tax. This raised concerns regarding the possibility of an unauthorized tip being added to my total, especially for customers who opt not to receive a printed receipt. I viewed this practice as misleading and unethical.
To confirm my suspicions, I visited another LVAC location the next day and ordered the same shake, which indeed cost $12.94 including tax, affirming my concerns.
I brought this matter to the attention of the club manager, Helen Chavez, who unfortunately did not effectively address the issue and responded with an uncooperative attitude despite the evidence I presented. As a dedicated LVAC member, I firmly assert that no customer should be subjected to misleading practices, particularly when making purchases at the Juice Bar. It is unacceptable to add a tip to a customer's bill without explicit knowledge or consent. I strongly urge LVAC to take decisive action to investigate and rectify this issue.

The chicken chipotle wrap is a MUST HAVE. I'm in love with the chipotle sauce! I want to learn how to make that sauce, it's incredibly delicious. The broccoli salad that come with the wrap meal is also very very tasty.
