Good service. Great food BUT. What the hell I was charged $22 for a berry sangria and all i got was a glass of ice and a shot of sangria
Do better!! Don’t rip people off.

Loved the whole experience. Our server, Pedro O., was very attentive and made some excellent recommendations when we asked. We had the shishito peppers, a cheese charcuterie, Iberico ham, lamb, and a mariscos paella, ending with the creme brulee. Everything was wonderful, though my favorite was the paella. There was a guitarist playing Spanish themed music, and it fit perfectly with the setting. My only dislike was the TVs at the bar (we were seated at one of the high tables near the bar) and the fact that part of the restaurant was very open to the hotel (check-in area) of the lobby. Both were easily ignored. I would definitely recommend dinning here!

This is my favorite restaurant to visit when I come to Vegas. It’s not a Vegas trip without my Filet Majon from Julian Serrano Tapas and some laughs with Dan and Matt at the bar. All the cocktails I’ve tried have been delicious, including the habanero one, if you don’t eat the pepper!
If you haven’t been here, you definitely need to check it out!

Amazing paella, make sure to order in advanced when making reservation so you don’t have to wait long for them to prepare it. Fresh seafood bursting with flavor. Perfectly cooked rice and seafood. Can’t wait to have it again on my next visit.

Fabulous food and service!!!! John and Eric G. were beyond amazing servers!! Setas A La Plancha was probably the best dish i had in vegas and all I ate was 5 star food! Unbelievable mushroom dish!!! ? my girlfriend and I were slightly late to a late reservation and John and Eric G. were Unbelievable nice and inviting, also explained the menu little. Our meal took us past their "open hours" and they just kept the service coming. Scallops were heavenly! Tuna cones were crazy and a must try! Drinks were 10/10. Honestly felt like family, said goodbye to the bar staff and chef after our meal. Part because they were so awesome, part to the fact we complemented the chef so much he gave us the GIANT cheese cake slice on the house. They didn't know it was our anniversary week, but they made our anniversary vacation extremely special and we weren't even in vegas 2 hours. So it's was a wonderful start to vacation! I would rate to food a 5/5 but the service was 10/5 with John and Eric G. on the job. When we visit vegas again we will definitely be back and fully recommend to anyone ? it has big shareable meal and little shareable app sizes. Go try it!

Absolutely amazing flavors! We ordered 6 dishes for a table of 4 and it was the perfect amount of food for a light dinner. Steak and shrimp served on a bed of potatoes was my favorite, but our entire group enjoyed all the dishes…waiter was fun and attentive! Definitely recommend.

The service was amazing. The drinks were great. The food was good. I’m super picky on my paella. It wasn’t crispy (burnt) on the bottom. Everything had amazing flavors but some of the textures were off. We ordered so much food. So I definitely left stuffed and satisfied

Great location in the Aria lobby. While we were eating, there was a live saxophonist playing in the lobby. We got a pitcher of sangria (delicious and A LOT of sangria) and the iberico paella, which was definitely the most delicious thing we ate during our whole trip. Will eat here again next time we are in Vegas.

Very good tapas. Grilled octopus is very tender and the grilled fish is flavored just right.

Not 5 star mostly because it’s a bit pricy, even more expensive than Bay Area.

Everything we ordered was excellent! Service was great and our server was knowledgeable and guided us in our choices. The restaurant is located in the lobby of the Aria hotel. It’s very modern looking with muted color schemes.

Really liked this place! Went around 8-9pm and it wasn’t too busy. Was sat down right away. Food was really good. Tried mushroom risotto, fillet mignon and lamb. All were very mouth watering. All was around $60USD ($82 CAD) it was pricy but it was better than Hell’s Kitchen’s service and food.
