Book the place for group of 4 as a birthday celebration for my sister, everyone left feeling stuff but not in a good way. We were underwhelmed and a lot less than impressed for the price paid. Few dishes got picked up uneatenned. I went in, knowing that their sushi style is traditional Japanese based on the glowing reviews. We did the premium omakase, but most pieces, even otoro, chuturo, and uni were very lack luster. Others either lacked balance or too salty or didn’t taste...
Food was delicious and customer service was fantastic.
I'm giving this place 3 stars because my overall experience was just ok. They seated me in between 2 different couples and as a solo diner I wasn't given enough space it felt like they just squeezed me in. The place is also very loud aswell, they have tables behind counter seating. For and omakase experience I was really hoping for something more intimate.
