I think when it comes to reviews, it’s all about balancing price, service, and food. The service here was pretty good and while the interior wasn’t anything special, the overall value for the price was definitely high. The sushi itself was just okay, not mind-blowing, but by Vegas standards, it’s still solid. If you have time and are nearby, it’s worth checking out. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
Genuinely the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Amazing food, pairings, wonderful service, etc.

Kabuto is the best sushi restaurant in Las Vegas, hands down. The intimate setting with only a few tables and a sushi bar allows you to watch the chefs create their culinary art in real time. The tasting menu is a must-try and will not disappoint. The service is top-notch, with the staff even offering to call an Uber for you at the end of the night. Don't miss out on this hidden gem - it's a 10/10 experience
