We didn’t check reviews until we were already eating and were shocked at the bad reviews. The service was excellent, the food was great. We have great sushi where we live and this was on par. 10/10

Wow! Fortunately the place next door had a private event. Came here with no expectations and left flabbergasted. AMAZING food, service, ambience. It’s a hidden gem. I had the birria ramen, Ono sake, Sapporo bear, edamame’s and Ikura. And couldn’t have had a better experience (special thanks to the security guards outside that convinced us to try it out). One thing to consider. Since it’s all freshly made, there is a waiting time and it doesn’t necessarily have to due with seating. So do come ahead of time to consider the wait (well worth the wait)

We chose Kaia for the fun and colorful graphics and sushi. I had the 5pc tuna sashimi, Tempura Trolley Roll, Ube cheesecake and the Murasaki Colada to drink. The presentation and taste of the food was excellent! Great flavor! The Murasaki Colada was a tall glass packed with ice and maybe a 1/2 cup of liquid. They charged $19.99 for it. Total waste of money, I do not recommend it. The hostess was friendly, but the guy behind the bar was just doing a job.

The food was pretty good. I had the maki roll trio, another had the chirashi, and the third had spicy pork ramen. All were enjoyed. Service was prompt and efficient.

We almost didn't come here because of the low rating. But when I read the poor review, even they stated the food was excellent. We found everything to be outstanding. It was a short wait, everyone working was very friendly, and the food was excellent with large portions.

Conduit Connection bowl was delicious, lots of fish and excellent flavors. Ube cheesecake was fluffy, yummy, and beautiful. Even the veggie handroll was surprisingly good. Uncommon Salad was great too. Our waitress was sweet and service was prompt.

Awesome food with a wonderful presentation and price. The handrolls are huge. Amazing drinks. Staff is super friendly. The perfect spot to go to for dinner before visiting Omega mart! Supremely surprised at the quality given all the reviews. Very high-end feeling without the price. Only restaurant we made a point to go to more than once. 🌺 🍱

When we got to the restaurant, no hostess and no sign so we went inside and was told to wait for the hostess. Decided to just order to go, no sign again, waited ten minutes. Had to ask to order, but was told no to go. The hostess finally shows up with a sign that reads “wait to be seated”, was told that there was a fifteen wait after waiting around for someone to seat us and take our order. We left. The worst service.
