We stopped by since we had 2 free hand rolls included with our Area 15 package. The California Rolls were great. We also had a Yuzu Sparkler which was good but not much alcohol in it.

Food was ok, a little pricey but on par for Vegas. Be careful asking too many questions about the menu, the service gave me an attitude when I asked for a description of their hand roll.

Love the decor and vibes this restaurant brings, and the menu offers a nice selection of BYO poke bowl, rolls and sashimi. If you purchase the packages, you can also get a free California hand roll with purchase over $6.
Service good, friendly staff. Quick service as well.
Food is average. Seafood freshness is average, and I do think some of my produce wasn't as fresh as it can be, that or the marinade was off.
Poke 3/5
- rice was good texture, not overly pasty, good amount of rice vinegar sweetness
- complimentary toppings were interesting, with chunks of cabbage offered, making it awkward to eat imo
- did lack a bit in flavour overall, can use more sauce when making their bowls if anything
- the tuna poke was reasonable in portion, but seasoning was off, not overpowering but did have a slight fishy taste, suggesting not too fresh
- yuzu poncho was nice and subtle, can use more sauce as mentioned but you can ask for more on the side
- salmon and yellowtail was average
California hand roll 3.5/5
- surumi used for imitation crab meat, good amount of mayo as binder and for flavour
- seaweed was good but did get soggy fast
-well balanced in toppings for this one
Overall unsure if I would come back, but decent for a quick handball or two, wouldn't mind getting those. As for the bowl, I may opt for something else.

Food was great and service was nice, the atmosphere was interesting and fun. The only bad thing about this place is the price, other than that it’s a great place to eat at.

The best sushi I ever had. From the green tea, to hand rolls and salad, the presentation and the taste was amazing. The decor is really nice too. Was a pleasant surprise.

Captive audience here, it's not the greatest but it's acceptable. Chili crisp wonton missing actual chili crisp, and the woodend noodles could use some hot chili condenent to balance the yakisoba sweetness. But all in all it's okay. Drinks are great with the jasmine cooler having a palpable tea flavor without overblown by sweetness.
The Kaia Bowls were great! Good portion size and great flavor with a great price. Quick and friendly service. Would definitely come here again!

Kaia is a premium for anyone who is looking for good sushi and sashimi. Trying several different sushi rolls and the yellowfin sashimi, the food tastes as good as it looks. While this might not be the “for the whole family” kind of restaurant, if you want a good meal made with true artistry, supplemented with a smart adult beverage… look no further. And for what it's worth, you're not going to break the bank either. Did I mention, it is settled right in the middle of Area 15? Have a bite, and then get right back out there.

Inside area 15. You do not have to pay to go in and experience some fun shopping, good restaurants, and great drinks at the huge bar located in the center across from KAIA! Totally come enjoy some really good, crisp & fresh bowls or rolls. Super hip, very professional staff. We enjoyed some savory (build your own) Kaia bowls for a small lunch. Everything was so fresh! Even the water was delicious!

Had an excellent time at Kaia. Came in on a Sunday after a few days in Vegas looking for something completely different and got it. Fish was really fresh, sauces were rich with spices.
Don’t let the desert fool you, this is good sushi. No Buffalo testicles here, just the real deal. S/o Dallas for making the roles with love

The hostess seemed like she didn’t care as she was fussing around with personal items when we walked up and didnt acknowledge us at first. I asked if she had room for two and she sat us but didn’t say anything to us. The aesthetic was nice. Our server was nice and did a fair job. The sushi wasn’t quite the experience that we expected. We weren’t expecting them to just plop it down on the counter paper one item at a time. It was very spaced out in between items. We also tried the soup dumplings and they were ok.
