It was literally the best meal I have ever had. This isn't a restaurant. This is a unique and special experience. Calling it merely a restaurant belittles it.

After being in the emergency room with my mom for 7+ hours I unfortunately had to cancel a planned trip to Vegas. I called and left a message as soon as humanly possible upon arriving home - nearly 40 hours before my reservation. While I understand policies - the fact this restaurant responded to me with absolutely ZERO human compassion or empathy is disgusting. My mother is still hospitalized and instead of focusing on that I'm worried about the $330 charge for a meal I never had. They most certainly could have filled these seats in 2 days.Id suggest giving your business to another place that treats their customers like humans. Vegas is full of amazing restaurants. Go elsewhere.***To be clear they offered me credit that had to be used in 3 months. Given I live in Ohio, a trip back in that time period is not possible. They also absolutely could have filled the seats in the nearly 2 days notice I gave. **

I have eaten all over the world & in Japan in top Michelin Stars Restaurants. Kaseiki Yuzu Vegas is in my Top 3 Meals I've ever had...& I'm 70 years young. I would even dare say...Better than in Japan ?. And really for the xtreme top quality & number of dishes, reasonable considering. But for all beginners, you must've had prior experience in Japanese Omakase/Kaseiki food or it'll be disconcerting, nothing to do with commercial sushi, we're talking here of elevated high-end complex taste Japanese tasting menu. To experience once in your lifetime.

FOOD- Mediocre at best. Was very disappointed with the fish.I'm from Seattle, and the fish in omakase here has a buttery and melty texture. This fish at this place was ALL chewy, even though they claimed it was high quality and from Japan. I definitely didn't taste it. My sister also was disappointed.SERVICE- Good and friendlyAMBIENCE- Warm and invitingWould not return for the food. I have very high expectations for omakase and this place didn't meet it.

Loved sitting at the bar watching the chef team work their art. All the courses were great, sake was delicious and the service was attentive and comfortable. It's a nice treat.

This wasn't just dinner, it was an experience! We had an 8 pm reservation on a Friday night and had no idea what to expect when the Uber dropped us off at a strip mall in the middle of Chinatown off the strip. It ended up being one of the most remarkable and delicious dining experiences, filled with unusual and beautifully crafted Omakase sushi dishes, while sitting at a sushi bar that only sat 6 people total. The setting was intimate, fun, and unforgettable and we became fast friends with the other four diners as well. I highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic sushi off the beaten path. It was exceptional in every way!

It has been a monthly tradition of mine to visit this amazing restaurant and try out the special monthly Kaiseki menu. The month of February once again was fantastic and continuously innovative! I honestly cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

Where to start? The Valentine's menu at Kaiseki Yuzu was absolutely mind blowing and made a trip from out of town all the more worthwhile. The most incredible black abalone started the night, and the dishes just kept coming (probably peaking with the A5 Wagyu Beef and Fois Gras dish being set alight!!) ; some of the finest sushi and by far the best handroll I've ever had the pleasure to eat. Sitting in a small room at the back with eight diners made for an incredibly intimate setting, the Chef and his team were happy to answer questions and chat throughout the meal, and the serving staff were absolutely top notch. One of the finest establishments in Las Vegas and one of the best Kaiseki restaurants I've had the pleasure to eat at.

Our experience was a special Valentine's Day menu so varies from the regular menu. Menu was placed between our seats spelling out what to expect. appetizer, sashimi, steamed variety of meat, seafood and vegetables, A5 Waygu with truffles, tempura flight, pickled seasfood, 4 piece nigiri, and desert. Very simple, clean tastes..nothing too overpowering or complicated. Chefs were accommodating and helpful to describe items Don't know about current menus but they have different tasting menus which we would try later

This is a one of a kind dining experience. Food quality and taste is out of this world. One of the best omakase experiences I have had. We were a group of 15 people and staff did not miss a beat. Excellent service. 6 stars for their staff. I highly recommend this Las Vegas experience.

Was in Japan this past summer and the experience at Kaiseki Yuzu was right up there with a high-end Kaiseki meal in Kyoto or Tokyo. What a gem, will be desperate to return next time I'm in Vegas.

Small place, need a reservation. Doesn’t stay open up late but really good. 12 courses, didn’t disappoint. Would go back!

An absolute gem off-Strip! Came here with my husband for New Year’s Eve, and the staff and chefs went out of their way to make it a special experience for everyone. The 11-course A5 Wagyu tasting menu was exceptional. We sat at the bar right in front of the open kitchen and saw firsthand just how much attention and care went into every course. The servers explained each course clearly, including where the fish was sourced from. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic, elevated omakase experience away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip.
