Took my brother to the Oyster bar for his Birthday. Phenomenal food and drinks.Service was amazing and fun. Can't ay enough about the cook and food.Dietary restrictions: The cooks prepare the food right in front of you. The cook working on my meals expressed reservations regarding cross contamination. I watched him clean and create my dish. I had no issues, with the meal, however, I knowingly took a chance, you may not want to.

The best oyster bar out of all the ones from a casino. The food is fresh and on point. Expect to wait in line as there’s only a few seats.

The service was great! The guy kept refilling our drinks. He was promo with bringing food out. The chef cooking was also nice. Kept asking how we were doing. That's where it ends for me. Station Casinos did a great job marketing their Oyster Bars like the popular one at Palace Station, Santa Fe, & Durango. If you walk up to Kallisto's Oyster Bar, the appearance looks exactly the same as the others, but it's not! We ordered the Buffalo Shrimp. It was flavorful but the shrimps were small! More breading than shrimp. The crab cakes were delicious but pricey for the size. And then we ordered clam chowder, thinking it was like the other properties....NOT EVEN CLOSE. It has 2 pieces of clams in it. And it was full of onions, celery, & potato. Every bite was all of this and no clams. It was also crunch. I also looked at the Pan Roast someone next to me ordered. It looked horrible and too creamy. This will make me not want to ever go there again. I'll stick to Durangos oyster bar from now on. The two stars were because of the service. If you're looking for a good oyster bar, go to Palace, Santa Fe, or Durango. You'll be more satisfied.

Located in Red Rock Casino Food: your typical Station Casino oyster bar/pan roasted dishes and their high prices. Seafood dishes are delicious yet limited in seafood portions. Service: good service once seated. Can be long wait with no attention at line Ambience: it's inside casino. How bad can it be?

Me and hubby went to try on Friday afternoon noon. Only one other couple was there. Waited longer than needed to order but when we did we each ordered the combo pan roast. As we all know Palace Station has set the bar for that dish but still we ordered it. It was very thick and gloppy. Seemed more like a chowder base than pan roast. From my first bite I had shells. And more shells. And more. My husband had none. I understand you will get the occasional shell but every bite?? I showed the waiter. He said he was sorry and took my dish and said the manager would come see me. At no point did he ask if I would like something else or a new one. He just took my dish and left me to watch my husband eat. Unbelievable. 10 minutes later he brought the bill to us minus the cost of my dish. No manager. So I left hungry, went home with my husband and made myself a sandwich.

We love this spot!! So much better than Palace's oyster bar & never a wait the couple times we've gone. Food is so fresh & the flavors just hit different. It's located just outside of its sister restaurant, Naxos Taverna. A def must try if you like oyster bars!

Order a 30$ bowl of gumbo and let's just say for that much I'm sure I could've went and purchased the ingredients and 100% make a 1000 times better than the slop they try passing off as gumbo!!! I do not recommend the gumbo!!! Lobster rolls were pretty decent I guess?!!

New England clam chowder portion size is excellent but they add way too much salt and not enough clam. My advice to restaurant: Please take it down to just one SMALL pinch of salt, not two massive handfuls as witnessed. Compensate the reduced salt with actual clams because four clams in a one bowl of soup is unacceptable.

I want you put 0 stars. They had me Waiting in line at 10:45, and then when 11 o'clock hit, they told me it was closed. They all saw me waiting in line and never told me anything. And right when 11 o'clock hit, they told me it was closed and can't be seated .

This is for food flavor only. I just came home after eating for the first time. I feel stupid for wishing for the Oyster bar at Palace Station. Not only was it far from it, but also it was just a lousy food place overall. We ordered two gumbos, 1 for crab and 1 for everything, and steamed clams.. Gumbo was the worst gumbo in my life. It was sour and was missing ingredients. I mean it did not even taste like gumbo. No matter what you do, do not order it(trust me) The clams were good(they were fresh), but the butter/wine/clam juice sauce or whatever you want to call it was sour because they put a massive amount of lemon in it. And a piece of bread that came with it? It tastes like old bread sitting out with old oil/butter. It had a nasty smell and taste to it and was just disgusting. (I spit it out) I paid $130 together including 2drinks. Don't expect to taste the wine because the bartender lady will look at you funny, and she does not know what buttery Chardonnay means(and they do not have it)
