The vibe was nice! Enjoyed our time for a birthday celebration. Good drinks

Setup looks great and the people are super. Only issue we kept having was the karaoke was freezing up which kills our singing groove. We did get some time credited, but that didn't fix the recurring problem.

The experience was VERY fun. My only complaint was the drinks as they appear to make them extremely light yet charge a high amount. If you book a room you’re better off ordering beer or wine.

Cool place. There’s plenty of karaoke rooms. They are done well albeit a bit tight. As a tall American it’s a tight squeeze to sit down in there.

For a party of 7, the host wanted a $300 minimum spend on a Saturday evening, even if we only wanted to stay for 1 hour. It was not busy at that time, but they did not want accommodate. It’s unfortunate that the minimum spend was not communicated when we called ahead of time to book.

Karaoke machine is bad unless you know Korean. No backing vocals on any songs. They have the option of putting stuff on YouTube which works but then none of the karaoke features work so what's the point.

Korean karaoke machine, yet no new songs at all due to copyright issues… so basically karaoke on youtube for $100 an hour. Service was great. Super freezing in the room, I got sick. Cool vibes, though!

The service is mediocre for spending over $600. The time seemed rushed as the staff asked constantly if were we finished yet we purchased 4 hours, from 6-10pm and at 9 they were ready to kick us out to get ready for the next party. The internet was inconsistent and we had to ask not once but three times for the staff to fix the issue. The karaoke is basic YouTube instead of an actual karaoke machine. I am really disappointed in how the staff was not accommodating. We asked for water and within the 4 hours we spent at KAMU we never received any water. I had a custom cake for my mom so we also requested to go plates for our server to tell us they don’t carry enough to go plates for our party. I am not sure if it was discrimination since most of the party was gay and people of colors but I can honestly say my expectations were not met and my mom spent her birthday in tears

Ok we love this place great service! And fun for families as well as adults! you can have your 16 year old b day party but one adult needs to be present! Hubby and I enjoy the bar while the kids have fun … the taquitos were the bomb! Alissa was the best! ?

Came here for a friends birthday and it was the perfect way to celebrate! The rooms are very spacious with a wide selection of delicious cocktails. Multiple screens per room with plenty of comfortable seating and lighting systems! Will be coming back
