No call, no show, and no apologies to feed a staff of over 200. Stay away from this caterer!! One star is too much for them, but I had no negative ten option!

Today was an absolute nightmare thanks to Katering From The Heart being a complete no show/no call for feeding 225 teachers and school staff on their first day back to work! I am beyond furious with unprofessionalism of Chef Keasha. We had a full signed agreement and full payment in advance and there I stood with egg on my face in front of over 200 hungry adults and no food in sight! We repeatedly called her starting from 45 mins before our agreed serving time all the way up until past time and she never answered the phone or returned any of our voicemails. Tried emailing her and messaging her on her social media account… nothing! When ‘a secretary finally got in touch with her an hour past meal time, she just said she was sorry her truck broke down. She also tried to claim her sister called the school to tell us. All lies! There was absolutely no call made! And why would you not answer your phone for over an hour?! She literally ruined our opening day of the school year and hasn’t even bothered to reach out to me to apologize! The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a business!

I would absolutely be using Katering from the Heart again. I utilized them for my baby shower. I wasn't able to take pictures because I was all over the place. She was be prompt and super responsive. Her food was amazing and had many of my guest ask for her information. The price was most definitely reasonable and worth every penny! Thank you again!
