I am always travelling but when I am in the city I have to come to eat at this restaurant, cannot be missed. The food and the service is always good, They have a good menu and also a nice wine list, things that is always a good point as well. The location is great as well, I really enjoy the place when I eat here. Thank you very much

Priced on the high side but the portions were huge. The Pho meal with the appetizer fed two of us at lunch. A little blander than we're used to, but certainly fine for a quick meal at your hotel.

Eaten here at few time and I feel like they have lost there interest. Servers looked bored and I'm sitting here waiting on my first glass of wine for 15 minutes in a half empty restaurant. The yellowtail jalapeí±o looks like its prepped by the dish washer. This how restaurants die .No soul/ feels like a restaurant at an airport -

This is the best sushi in Las Vegas, hands down. The fish is incredibly fresh and I learned they have it delivered from all over the world, available 24/7. The service is excellent, the food is amazing, and the big-name sushi restaurants in the city don't even compare. All of Katsuya's dishes are incredibly delicious. This is absolutely my favorite sushi restaurant and probably my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas.

2018 New Year's Eve party with free flowing Dom and AYCE sashimi, oysters, shrimp and much much more including a live DJ at $95pp was a steal. If they run it again in 2019 we'll be back. The service was outstanding, especially for a major holiday event. Chefs did a great job keeping all food stocked for the full event. Enjoyed the ceviche and crunchy rice as well as the yellow tail hamachi too that was served by the team as they walked around. The bartenders were outstanding---always keeping our glasses of primo bubbly topped off. Thanks for a great event!

Katsuya- SLS Las Vegas never disappoints! We usually go there at least 3 or 4 times a year (birthdays, anniversaries, friends visiting town, etc.) and every time is truly a marvelous dining experience! We went for my birthday and I was treated like a queen--with the host extending b-day wishes and our server Matt was fantastic! Along with making sure we were having a great celebration, he definitely was an expert about the sake varieties & the cocktails! Although we have favorite dishes on the menu, we wanted to try some new ones this time & Matt provided us with great descriptions & suggestions. Thumbs up for the Wafu Carbonara & Rainbow Roll--marvelous additions with some of our usual favorites! After the fabulous dinner (and my Fallen Angel cocktail--Wow!), we received a delightful dessert surprise--bread pudding & ice cream! Truly one of my most memorable birthday dining experiences! We definitely recommend Katsuya!

So happy we ended our Vegas trip on such a delicious note!! The Katsuya is located inside the SLS hotel. The food was so fresh and tasty! Definitely recommend the spicy tuna on top of crispy rice. The rice was still warm served with the spicy tuna that was topped with jalapeí±o. From special rolls we got: - tiger roll (It was a winner!!). I did not expect for this to be my favorite roll and to love It as much as I did! - double himachi roll. Also full of different and interesting flavors! - special katsuya roll. If you are in a mood for a very fresh roll, this is your winner! Defiantly recommend visiting if you're by The SLS IN Veg

I have been here twice and both times was phenomenal. Second time we ordered the crispy rice tuna and 3 specialty rolls. The fish was incredibly, melt-in-your-mouth fresh and the crispy tuna was quite crispy and delicious! Service was impeccable able as well. A tad on the pricy side but in-line with what you can pay in Vegas.
