The food was amazing. Great happy deals. Cheeseburger and fries for $5.99. The bacon, ranch and cheese fries were soooo good. Service was amazing. Benjamin was our server. He was attentive and had the best attitude and personality. I will visit again the next time I'm in Vegas!
Great place good prices
Really cannot fault anything. The guy at the counter was lovely and friendly, the service was quick and reasonably priced for what you get and it was very quiet inside, not busy at all. I did find that their music must've been on a Spotify playlist or something since a couple unordinary songs came on but were promptly skipped after a few seconds.
Food was good, the best service I have had, if not ever, in a long time.
I had the French dip burger which was the best I've ever had, good sized and very tasty. Wife had the Philly cheeseburger she loved it. The fries are nothing special but ok.
Lady helping me out had a stank face the whole time. She let me know that there was no Ultra so i asked for Modelo and it was flat, to the point i puked from gagging. Didn’t like the burger meat personally and the pickles seemed to be from a local grocery store. Frys were good, it helped me finish my burger.
I love this place. A must anytime I am in Vegas
Food is great and the specials are a great value. Also the flavored ketchup are a big plus.
An OK burger but not really worth $19. On top of that, they asked that you tip. Keep in mind that you have to order standing up, you eat out of a cardboard basket, you need to serve yourself, drinks or condiments and then clean up after yourself. So what exactly is it that I am tipping for?
It’s a nice facility inside a decent role for the area. But I wouldn’t recommend it.
First time eating at Ketchup’s, very good!

Dang! That was the most expensive burger I’ve ever had in my life. Good food. Okay service. Loud obnoxious music. Ridiculous prices.
Incredible meal, loads of tables and really friendly service. Best burger I’ve had in a long time.
Food was amazing. Very filling. Service was good. Recommend the Philly Burger and onion rings.
Had an awesome pizza burger
Staff here are very nice especially Linda working behind the bar. So friendly and polite. Happy hour is a good deal, portions are big yet cheap for vegas. 7 dollar is the smallest thing they do and even that is big. 5 dollar bud light all day. Lots of seating. Not fancy but good for a quick bite to ear and drink before a show in the miracle mile shops.
