The bottom of the chicken on the bun was discolored like it had been sitting there for awhile and they just grabbed whatever was there instead of what I ordered. Thankfully my Mom's food was at least hot but this is a common problem with this location. If there was not a TON of construction around the restaurant I would go back. As it is, I have inedible food so I still have to find something for my dinner.

I ordered 2 4 piece chicken dinners for 10 each, it was a special. The picture showed a breast, thigh, wing and a drumstick. I got 2 4 piece of dried up chicken wings. They should do like Prince did and change their name, here's an idea. The dried out, flavorless chicken place, formally known as KFC.

This place is soo trash wouldnât let me pay for a cup for my customer on Uber eats. I had dropped the drink and went to go replace it for my customer. They told me it wasnât their problem. AND I OFFERED TO PAY. I would not recommend. I ate here before chicken is dry as well as their customer service. Unprofessional people

Overall, the food was good. But the atmosphere and the Service were terrible! The employees are so heartless! An older lady around her 70âs was outside where it was freezing cold saying that her stomach was hurting really bad and she had no guardian, the older lady asked me if I could call the ambulance because her stomach was hurting that bad and mind you she an elder. And she had asked an employee, but she ended up telling me the employee didnât care. She wasnât a homeless, she was an elder who needed help. So instead I had called the ambulance.

Previously I wrote a review for the KFC at 4924 Boulder Highway, my grandmother and I went back and I spoke with the manager of the terrible service we had received that day, Dyllan is a fantastic manager, he apologized, showed empathy, acknowledged the mistake, mentioned retraining will be carried out, he replaced our order and even gave my grandmother a free drink, a huge turn around from our last experience, he provided a service that for someone like me, will carry on for a while, i truly believe he can turn that restaurant around and bring it back into the golden age of KFC, the chicken was fantastic this time around, everyone enjoyed it, it was like night and day, high praise to this expert manager, Dyllan, if you read this you deserve that management position and others should aspire to be like you, a professional and perfect example of what a manager should be.
