So I made an order from Uber Eats because in the offers. It had an offer where you get a free meal. If you spend $15 well beware of offers.I'm guessing the offer is to get you to shop at stores.That may not have high stars or have good reviews.Because we have a kfc around the corner.I got a chicken bowl, but it was very dry.And the potatoes were grayish and tasted watered down i got an order of the wedges, completely over overcooked in dirty grease. My husband got the chicken pot pie that apparently was very good the free meal was a 2 piece with potatoes and a biscuit, extra crispy chicken. Just tasted kind of watered down and gross kind of cold. And the extra crispy was not extra crispy, and it did not have like the normal seasoning. It tasted under seasoned also, we got our chicken little.That was okay.But in general, the meal was gross and it sucked and now i'm not gonna trust any of their offers.Anymore, if this is where we're gonna get sent to and then get below sub par food this KFC location needs to do better.

Waited 40 minutes for replacement chicken only to leave and come back to be told there is no manager so I couldn't get my chicken. After insisting my name was written down they gave it to me. I've then ordered macaroni and a six-piece chicken nuggets and look at the photos! All I got was four pieces and some crunchy tiny pieces. Called into cooperate and again..Nothing. never eating here again.

So a week ago I got the famous bowl with extra gravy and it was perfect. Now yesterday my neighbor and I ordered the same thing. When they handed me the food I asked the employee if they had extra gravy , she said yes. We get home (8 or so miles) and I'm not even sure if they had any gravy on them at all. If there was it was not noticeable. So this place is hit and miss I guess just check your food before u drive away.

This is the 3rd time ive ordered the BOGO 3 piece big box and I only received one. The other time they gave me leg and thigh when I asked for breast and wing. 1st time I only received one combo when its supposed to be 2. Don't order from here and save your self the headache

this is by far from the first time they have gotten the order wrong. We can't eat hard foods this is why I ordered original recipe but what I got was extra crispy. Called the store same day spoke to a gentleman he said I could come in and get it remade, and because I didn't ask for a manager or get his the manager tonight refused to remake the order. I have since canceled my membership with uber eats because all they issued me in credit after going through all the hassle to get a refund was 2.22 of which they used 1.00 to tip the driver that gave me wrong food. and I have filed a dispute with my bank. I am attaching pictures of what was supposed to be in the bag and then a what I actually got. The proof is in the pudding shall we say.....
