This is the 2nd time I ordered the 10 piece special and they only have me 9 pieces in the drive through. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but now I believe it's intentional.

I tried 1 more time to do business with KFC. I can say 4 sure they have lost there way. I order the hot wings this time. The chicken had a lot of red veins. I tore through all 20 pices.. my cooking experience says not to eat chicken not cooked well. And tried the apple treats, it had a hint of apple. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Okay KFC I done. You will not get another dime from me

I ordered a 8 piece chicken meal and two side orders of chicken breast, didn't look at it until I got home wanted it original
It should of been two breast , 2 wings , 2 drum sticks and two thighs got the dude order of two breast put on the bucket should of been separate and 4 drum sticks and 4 thighs. So disappointed. Tried to call back phone just rings and then it hangs up. Guess one has to check before leaving.

This KFC IS HORRIBLE!!
They can't get an order right to save their soles.
Don't bother going inside to order so they get it right either, they ignore counter customers in favor of the drive thru customers.
I waited for 5 minutes to have someone come to the counter to fix my sandwiches.
There were 3 people wearing drive thru headphones and apparently none of them heard me me clearly and loudly say PLAIN.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS WEEK THEY SCREWED UP MY ORDER!!!

I ordered 3-piece tenders, but didn't look in the box until I got home. What I found was chicken tenders that were equal in size to less than two on previous orders. I don't know if I will return to KFC after the way I was just treated.

Pre-ordered on line went to pick up my order at 815 pm as scheduled on the app. When I go there I drove through the drive through the lady at the window said it would be done in 4 minutes so I waited than drove through again. I was asked to part and they would bring it out to me so I waited than at 856 pm they finally brought my order out to me.

DO NOT EAT HERE: THEY WILL SELL YOU CHICKEN THAT HAD EXPIRED AND SHOULD BE THROWN OUT AT FULL PRICE! THIS IS DANGEROUS ON A NUMBER OF LEVELS. ESPECIALLY SALMONELLA POISONING.
