2nd time I had delivery from here where they gave the driver only half my order, missed all the extras (sauces/silverware), missed several items (nuggets, cheese curds, desert) and missed all the drinks. I thought the first time was just a one off, so decided to try them again a couple months later. And same thing again. They are purposely ripping off the delivery orders. Two times isn't an accident on almost the same order and the pretty much the same items missing over a couple month, it was deliberately done. Order from here only if you want to get ripped off.

For the food- The chicken tenders weren’t right and very small. The chicken itself was ok. Only good side was they do make the biskets correctly and flaky. They also only filled all the sides half full.

Me and my husband wanted to have dinner at this location we were on a little date and we went into order food and stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and nobody came over to help us so we ended up just leaving we have to drive over to KFC on the other side of town because they wouldn't help us they just kept looking and then going about their business

Came in and ordered thru the Kiosk. Once I ordered and paid I was told they didn't have anything I ordered. I asked for the manager and was told She was the manager and I would be refunded in 3- 5 days. I asked for her to call the owner to get my refund ASAP. She called the owner and he said 3-5 days for refund. I asked for a copy of the refund receipt, she kindly went to the back and made me a copy of the refund receipt. She could have put a note on the kiosk stating what they didn't have so you would not try to order what they didn't have. But I guess the manager was not that intelligent to think of something like that.
My main issue is why make me wait 3-5 days for a refund when this was clearly the Stores error.

Got here at 8:30 pm, there was a group of people in the lobby waiting for their food. Waited for our order to be taken...no one comes to the counter, so I had to use the kiosk. Once our order comes out- the lady in the kitchen said they don't have legs & thighs but beasts & tenders because they're cleaning?? According to Google you guys close at 10:30pm so I'm confused? Also, the kitchen staff are BLASTING music with a lot of profanity- very unprofessional & not a good look. Speaking of looks the dining room was atrocious. Food all over the floor, tables were sticky & disgusting.
For the location I was honestly expecting better, shoot even the ones on the east/north side ain't like this!
UPDATE: FOOD WAS COLD & HARD after waiting 30 mins for a dine in order. Never going to this location again.

Herp Derp

Came in to get my online order and see 6 people working, i see my order but no one came up to the pick up station to get it to me and instead asked two other people that came AFTER me if they were picking up while I was standing there waiting 😭

I got my order and was still missing an item and had to go back inside and still had to wait because all 6 of them refused to come to the counter and assist me and 3 others with our pick up meals.

We drove from Forte pad Chan Sahara cause it used to be our spot ordered a famous bowl. It was only 50% full had way too much gravy and only two pieces of chicken in it. My wife ordered tenders. They were super hard and dry. We had to go back in because they forgot all of the sauces and they forgot to give us our drink coleslaw. Coleslaw was very very watery. It’s just really gone downhill. I don’t know what happened to this spot, but it used to be our place now we’re gonna go to a different one I guess.

Wonder Woman

Ordered the Pot Pie Meal. Comes with an Apple pie and drink.
Pie was missing and the Raspberry Tea was terrible/weak.
Huge piece of cartilage in the pie. Yuck, texture was disgusting. Called the store no answer.
I don't typically eat fast food, treated myself. Worst decision of the day

DDJ The Machine

It was Saturday Night and I decided to go to the KFC where I had my last great experience. Yesterday night around 7 Maaaannn!! That Chicken was hitting differently!! This store was super clean ,food was Fresh and Hot!! The team was super welcoming. I’ll be back soon!

I haven't had KFC in a long time, I went today and the service here was excellent, the staff was friendly, got my order correct and I didn't have to wait for long. I Thank you for your service KFC staff I will be coming back.
