It's a crap shoot when you receive old dried out, over cooked and appears to have been grilled in old brown grease not a good day. Chicken on a good day, I love KFC chicken.

Just left the drive thru. I was told they were out of filets for sandwiches, chicken tenders, and chicken nuggets. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks they were out of most of the menu items. They need to find a new

I never give reviews, but I bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a original chicken sandwich and a large fry and everything was overcooked and dry , like it was made 10 hours before I ordered it . Terrible! I’ll never go back to that location.

Employees had attitude This morning & they’re not wearing gloves when handling food. & I got 5 nuggets only put 3 nuggets inside and another employee was taking orders in the drive thru and touching the food when preparing food with no gloves on

This is twice that we have gone into the restaurant to order and when we got home our order was wrong. The first time I was given a credit but this time my husband went and instead of 16 piece he was given 8. He’s furious and will not go back. Such a shame. Shouldn’t have to stand there and go through the bags before leaving to make sure you received what you paid for. Food isn’t cheap either.

For the 3 rd time in a row the order was wrong. Tonight’s order was a 3 pc original thigh’s only w/mashed potatoesAnd coleslaw. Pepsi and biscuit was added. When I got home l found a breast, leg, and wing. I returned the chicken and explained the mixup. I was given the 3 thighs two of them were extra crispy. I had explained to them that they had messed up three times. The person at the window explained the order was read wrong. When I was there the first time l was told there was no desert food sold.
I don't know what happened with this KFC but something is failing.. whenever I order a bucket of extra crispy between 4 and 5 pm, you have to wait 20 mins cause its never ready. This is dinner time for some folks. The chicken has been dry lately and usually its very juicy.. the one positive thing I can say the staff are very courteous.

The old man taking drive thru orders was really rude. I asked to clean my customers cup. And rudely told his employees to shut down. Uber eats no more Uber eats because he couldn’t do his job, right! What a ride man

It was clear to me that the staff doesn’t listen to the customer nor do they read the order ticket. I asked foe extra crispy and got original recipe. Had to remind then that there was two entrees and that there was a sauce asked for. This has happened on multiple occaisions to me and the manager needs to pull the team together and get them to tighten up their product. Poor showing for a customer that spends good money to buy your product. More training and supervision needs to happen.

we order 3 personal meals , 2 with chicken strips 1 with a sandwich, they made us wait 10 minutes for fresh strips. when we got home half the strips were new and half were old!!! the chicken sandwich was cold and tough, all the fries were cold . i honestly don't know how this location is still in business!!! last time I will ever go here! . all windows were dirty , that should have been a sign to keep driving but as i always give business a chance no matter their star rating. this one lives up to it's bad rating !! advice for everyone ..... keep driving.
