My Go-To KFC for a Year Running! For the past year, I’ve been a regular at this KFC on Silverado and Maryland and it’s hands down my favorite because of how they cook their chicken. The Original Recipe is always perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with that classic KFC flavor—consistently better than other locations I’ve tried. The mashed potatoes and gravy are a reliable comfort food side that never disappoints. The customer service is another reason I keep coming back. Sally is a gem—super friendly and efficient, ensuring every order is spot-on. Ms. Abby, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure every visit feels welcoming and seamless. It's been a long time since I came to this location because the last three times the chicken was old The chicken pot pie expired that when I put my fork through the crust the chicken was slimy and there were items missing The chicken sure doesn't taste the same time from what I remember when I was younger You changed the recipe and not for the better Last night I was at my cousin's house and she ordered KFC She wanted to surprise me with a chicken pot pie that she knows I have always loved Another big disappoinment Her chicken was very greasy and the pot pie had an unexplainable odd flavor My cousin is the type to keep things to herself and just never return I on the other hand can't keep quiet because of the many bad experiences at this location After last night now I know I will never have KFC again Changing the recipe years ago was just the beginning but with the latest quality of food has confirmed that I gave it their last chance

Went via drive through.. Had a coupon for 2 piece with side(I got Cole Slaw) and roll and drink for $7.50 with tax.. Their Cole Slaw is always great tasting. Crispy chicken, dark meat, leg and thigh was the usual. Ok, all in all for dinner. Haven't been to KFC in a few months. So, this was a good change of food.

Stop ignoring mobile orders to go! People in the drive thru get helped beforehand despite arriving after the delivery drivers in the lobby! Customers pay a premium on these apps for delivery service. At least treat them fairly when preparing the orders.

Ordering is a HASTLE! Months ago my mom and I ordered this 12 piece meal which was 6 piece Chicken and 6 piece Tenders inside their store twice. TONIGHT they said that never existed and that it was online only. I had to order the food and come back to pick it up. Once home they forgot my sides and I had to run back. I never had a bad experience before, but there's a small chance I won't come back.

Listen, when leaving the register, handling money, gloves need to be exchanged before touching food, like nuggets into a box. All the nastiness from the money is on the gloves, so why not change the gloves?

For.the young lady who was at the window attitude sucked.i has to pay twice she didn't ring up the 1st order.i was in line 20 minutes.i bought extra biscuits she gave me 2 honeys I know be careful around 7:30 am she's at the window.

I had ordered a 4 piece original on my way to work. It should have come with 4 pieces of chicken 2 mash potatoes and 2 biscuits with honey and butter napkins and a spoon. I got extra crispy no biscuits no honey no butter and no spoon like seriously what's going on here? So I called I spoke with Brady he was great very professional and I appreciated that. He said just tell the staff next time I come in about the mistake from my previous visit give his name and I can get a free 4 piece. I really wasn't looking for a free meal but I was like thanks. 6 weeks later I returned with my 5 year old I told this staff member named Mia about the incident but accidentally said Brandon instead of Brady she said we don't have a manager named Brandon so I asked for the managers name she said there was only a female manager and her name wasn't Brandon so I said o there's only 1 manager for this KFC and she said no contradicting her previous statement so I was like ok let me check the name I then looked on my phone and corrected myself and said sorry his name is Brady do you have a manager named Brady she said yea I was like ok she then told the female manager I was causing a problem and the female manager came out she was very friendly professional and didn't treat me like the child Mia did who was obviously treating me like I was scamming the KFC. When I explaind the situation showed her the time and date she was like ok no problem and everything was 100% great. Just want to say that some of these kids shouldn't be dealing with customers because they are rude impatient and discriminating. I would recommend this place but Mia should be better trained on respect and customer service in my opinion.
