i’ve gone here for years and it used to be amazing. with amazing people and great food but this past year has been a MESS everytime i go i try to give them another chance but this time im finally done. there was no one up front for 15 minutes then finally people came out but ignored us for another 5 minutes. everytime i order my food is disgusting or something is always missing. everyone here is plain rude

Worst service ever. Stood at counter while employees all of them
Blatantly ignored us for a little over 8mins. Finally a customer came in and told us to use a kiosk over in the corner. I would’ve had No idea as employee after employee acted like they didn’t see us at all. It was weird and rude and I don’t think I’ll ever be back unless this food is AMAZING and blows the doors off. Sad to see a classic American place go down but it’s the employees today that ruin everything.

Jermaine and Pedro are the 2 names I received from the young lady at the window. There were two male voices taking the orders at the drive thru speaker, but at the window there is a very pleasant young lady. The two young men seem to be tag teaming the orders on the headset and started talking over each other, to the point one of them yelled over the other to shouted at him in a loud very frustrated tone. I don’t appreciate yelling through the speaker because of one of their frustrations. This is a customer service job that requires a pleasant mood. Whomever got frustrated and yelled, He should take a break and maybe not take the orders at the drive thru and leave that for a coworker who values your customers.

The food was terrible and tasted like a Banquet frozen chicken dinner. I ask for extra crispy and got orinal that was stretchy and chewy. Not good at all and I've been eating KFC since I was 6 and I'm 70 now. I do believe this is the first time it ever been this terrible. Wasted my money and did not eat the food. It had to have been sitting under the heat lamp for a while before they gave it to me. Even the biscuit wasn't good and I have always loved their biscuits

Left drive thru got home and my 2 large mash potatoes missing, called first to let them know I’m coming back up there, get there and wait 10 min for gravy, now my chicken cold the black girl in red shirt passes it to us and closed drive thru window fast just like she didn’t care we was inconvenienced to have to come back and wait more time, customer service sucks so bad now at days ppl has no clue how to just give ppl common courtesy

So when someone tells you their order and the order is repeated back correctly. How the hell do you screw up the order????? When someone says no gravy because it makes them sick, how do you still add SOOOOO much on the item purchased???

Do NOT order food from this helpless workplace. The employees screwed up my order so many times that I lost count and I've asked for fresh fried chicken because it was cold & tell me why the hell they still offered me cold chicken. And the wait line is stupid please assist every customer correctly who patiently wait in the drive-thru line to order food. Failure location

I returned to this Long John Silvers because I was in the area, on January 7, 2026 around 10:45am. Previously I left a negative review a few months back based on the cleanliness and service. I must say a complete transformation has occurred, the dinning area very clean from the floors to the tables. The female staff member at the counter was very pleasant, and the food was good. Hats off to the people responsible for the complete 180 in the management of this establishment.

Worst food I have ever had. Staff very rude and don’t get any orders correct. The wait time is ridiculous. Chicken was undercooked. Threw all 4 pieces away. Will never go back.

I'm giving this location 2 stars because it was the first of two locations that I called to see if they had pot pies available an hour and a half before closing. The young lady at this location at least apologized that they did not have any pot pies. The fact that I have to call is clearly an indication that I've gone through this several times with KFC. It's kind of annoying that they run out of food. They've been doing this for years. They should know how to order appropriately to ensure that they have the food that they need in order to meet the customer demands.
