I ordered a 16 piece family meal from long John silver's.They tried to give me food that had been sitting out already. I kindly asked for the food to be made fresh and it was delicious.My only peeve is that I ordered six pieces of shrimp that I never received. They need to remember when you have a large order.Please go over your orders and make sure your customers have everything they paid for.

I placed an ordered here (order#119474254) thru the mobile app it was placed at 6:53pm. I fell asleep before I was able to pick up the order. When I came by the next day at 10am. I was greeted by a gentleman in the front, I told him the situation and he told me I have to talk to the manager. The manager approached and asked how can I help you. I told her "I placed an order through the mobile app lastnight and never came by to pick it up. I wanted to know if i can get a refund or if you're able to remake it" she said "you'll have to cancel it through the app". I showed her there was no cancel button or option on the app. She then said "I can't do anything because I don't know if you did, I wasn't here last night" I said "OK, what can we do about it" she replied "Call the KFC App" I asked if there's a number she can provide. Her response was "look it up". I was manager for pizza hut when I was 19 they're both owned by the "YUM" company. I know there was a number she can provide but she seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with the issue, so I left and called KFC customer service to get a refund, still in the process currently. Never ordering from this store again. ??

I’ve been going to this location for almost 5 years once or two times a month same location but this time I got very horrible experience I was ordering my usual that I ordered 12 pieces of legs the guy said it has to be half original and half crisp I was like OK but my usual is all original and then I asked him for A sauce he said I will charge you for it. I never get charged for a sauce and also pretend that he’s the manager. Just horrible.

This location has really picked up their game! I stopped going to this location for a while as the service and quality of food had dropped off. My wife was craving fried chicken and asked me to pick up KFC chicken today.I ordered a bucket of original fried chicken using the KFC app. The app makes it so easy to order and schedule a pick up time.I was greeted by a team member right as I entered the door and asked if I was picking up a mobile order. I gave him my name and was handed my order. The food was ready at the exact time listed on the app and the food was prepared perfectly - crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. The food was still hot when I got home.The wife was very happy. Happy wife, happy life as the saying goes! Well done KFC!

Chicken breasts were too crispy on the outside, yet caked with greyish flour with black specks. Fat was not rendered. There were thick yellow bumpy pieces of fat, and white raw pieces of fat. The flesh was extremely firm and didn't shred or pull apart. None of the chicken looked or tasted recently made. The only thing right was my drink and coleslaw.

Drive thru service was horrible. 30 and 20 minute wait for a 12 piece crispy and regular bucket meal? Seriously? Unexceptable. This is 7:20pm Las Vegas Nevada fort apache location. Why is this happening to a place that sells 90% of fried chicken. It was like he didn't want us to order. Not friendly either. Poor service all around. So sad.
I put in the wrong location for my food so I got to this KFC 10 minutes later than I was supposed to and they were so kind to me and they even forgot to drink and they were like oh I got that for you and they filled it up Five stars definitely the people here are so nice I love the atmosphere, and the drinks are yummy. Five stars.

Bought the 2 for $5 chicken wrap. The chicken was dry the flour tortilla was dry and hard. The wrap was nothing but a piece of dry chicken wrapped in concrete. Save your money and go to another restaurant for a real chicken wrap.
