Literally the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. The younger female with brown hair obviously hates her life and working in customer service. Extremely rude to customers.
If you place a mobile order and pick up in the drive thru, be prepared for them to tell you to wait in the parking lot, even though they will forget about you anyways.

Waited over 40 minutes after going through the drive thru for my family meal on a Tuesday at almost 7pm. Quality of the food not good. Original chicken was soggy and falling apart. Sad the quality has gone down over the years. Watery mashed potatoes. I had to call the store to remind them I was in the parking lot waiting for my food! Even the Colonel would be disappointed.

I guess the employees can't read orders. After I showed them what was wrong, they got it wrong AGAIN! I think they were more into the workplace gossip since they were ignoring people at the counter. Also why is the music so loud? Music was great but they turned it up to where they everyone had to yell. Don't eat at this KFC.

Horrible service , manager lady is trash & doesn’t like to take order for some odd reason . Asking me to use a keyoss pad thing besides just taking my order . I’d be fine with using it . I just needed to pay half cash & half card . Why would I ever come back here . Any other KFC I’ll go to in Vegas beside here . Horrible service . Should be this rude to anybody . Do your job , it not that hard to take an order . Omg this was trash experience !!!!

I ordered 8pcs Family Meals as a drive-through. I ordered the 8pcs of chicken in half original and half Krispy, but I got the Krispy chicken too old to make. The bread was too hard and the chicken was dry to eat.

I called to ser if They had chicken and waffles and they said yes I said what time you close she said 1030 well I just left there and it’s 1020 and they just looked at you and kept counting the money. Didn’t even say we’re closed or anything. The store says it closes at 10:30 but obviously it doesn’t and obviously the people who worked there are so rude that they didn’t even have enough courtesy to say sorry we’re closed. I won’t be coming there again.
