Sat at drive thru 5 minutes and never got served so i parked and had to come in I am partially disabled and I was stunned to see everyone just standing chatting. Noone at counter acknowledge anyone that walked in. My opinion stay very, very far away from this KF.C , it's also disgustingly dirty inside , and i'm not surprised if they're rating is not an A from health department. I will NEVER come to this crappy KFC. Filth in the food window. Food on floors behind counter.

I visited this KFC today and ordered the KFC bowl with a vanilla cream Pepsi. The food was hot and the drink was refreshing, but the standout experience was the exceptional service from one of the team members at the window. He is a very polite, attentive black employee who gets my order spot‑on every time I come. I didn’t catch his name, but if he isn’t already in a supervisory role, he definitely should be. Great job to him and the whole crew for keeping the service high and the atmosphere welcoming!

Worst Kfc ever!!The worst KFC ever. I went to buy chicken from the original Wednesday afternoon and they didn't have any chicken!!! What?! They only had sandwiches and chicken tenders. At a restaurant that sells chicken, and they don't have any chicken to sell?!

Manager was rude dropped my food on accident took it back up to let them know then Manager stated that why is it the restaurant responsibly to replace the food then agreed but was still complaining about it to other team member in back that's when I informed him to just give me a refund wasn't gonna be disrespected and treated rudely he refused and went back to the back will never go back to this location as long as that manager is there

PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES HIGHER WAGES!!!! You had 1 (male) manager trying to train 3 employees at the same time. There were 4 delivery drivers waiting on pick-up orders; and it was only 4pm. Not even the dinner rush. If you paid people liveable wages, they probably wouldn't quit, and the store would be more efficient.

The chicken fingers were reallyvsmall. Not much graveyard on the potatoes. This was the worst KFC I have eating at in Vegas. My chicken tenders were really small, overcooked and hard makingbit hard to eat. The whole meal was so over priced. The chicken sandwich was soggy and it really sucked ill never go back there at tgat location again andvi suggest you don't either.

11/08 even shift 10/10! To be able to go to a fast food restaurant at 9pm and still get FRESH FOOD is amazing! The wait was a little long but honestly no a problem when your food is hot. If they would’ve gave me a survey with my mobile order receipt it definitely would’ve been filled out! Complements to the manager on shift!👏🏽👏🏽
