Absolutely horrible. I went here because we were craving for fried chicken.. And low and behold, I specifically asked for no breast pieces and also have crispy half original fried chicken. Guess what? When I opened the box majority of my pieces were white meat. Also, the oil that was used for my chicken was old because the chicken was so dark. The taste was absolutely horrible and so salty. If this place wasn't right next to my house, I would never go here. But because of convenience, we go here all the time. Please have more competent staff to work here so that they can get instructions properly. We did not want to come back because we already open the box and touched some of the chicken pieces. But this could have been prevented if your staff listened to instructions properly. Of course I'm going to come back because I live right next to you guys but please listen to instructions and stop using old oil for your chicken.

I'm always amazed how cashiers or counter attendants don't listen to a customer's order and have to repeat it multiple times and even get it wrong. Disregard your co-workers in the back, your script to pad the order with unwanted items and repeat what the customer ordered, say thank you and be gone...

Went there to get my meal, waited trough the drive trough to place my order and no ones answered, drove to the window and placed my order of 10 legs and thigh chicken and was told immediately that they have no extra crispy, I order the original but again was told that they only have 5 pieces left.. now I understand why the place was empty, they don't sell chicken there, they should all get a raise for being one of the most incompetent store in the area, of course management is to blame for and the corporation must be blaming the COVID-19 virus.. thanks God for El Pollo Loco at least they have chicken. Maybe KFC should get in the hot dog business or start to sell tacos.. the worst franchise ever..

Customer service skills are strongly lacking all the way up to the manager Myra- people shouldn’t work frontline if they can’t be professional. The food was cold and not what I asked for. Went back to advise the manager who needs to go back to managerial class bet they auto was not handled properly at all. Minimum wage is not a reason to not provide good service! Never again

Went to this KFC AT 8:30 pm tried to order extra crispy chicken, she said they did not have extra crispy chicken and would not be making anymore for the rest of the night. I ask what time they closed she said 10:30. I said so in two hours and your it making any more chicken? She said no. Wow. Picture of the employee who didn't want to make any more fresh chicken. What a shame, glad I didn't order there, food might have been old

KFC at Lake Mead and Nellis. I ordered the $1 add on fries with any meal (I ordered the number 8). The girl at the speaker said they had no $1 fries. Even though the sign on the speaker said to try them. I was charged $2.29. I showed the girl at the window the picture from the speaker and she told me to hold on. For how long who knows. She did nothing to refund my money. I also ordered 3 pot pies. All 3 of the crusts were burnt. And to top it off I was given 2 forks. I clearly had 4 meals. I won't go there ever again. The chicken tenders that came with the number 8 meals were overcooked and dry. Yuk. The lemonade was good, though.

After getting finally to the window the cashier almost threw the drinks thru the window. Save your money and go across the street to Caine's. Better service and cheaper.

This place is a dump. They're extremely rude and lazy. I've honestly never experienced such poor customer service. My husband and i were about to pay for our food when we saw a homeless man and wanted to add a meal for him. We asked the female at the window if she could add one meal and she said "you can't add stuff at the window!" We were as kind and respectful as possible when we asked. We decided to cancel our order and leave at that point because we won't support businesses who hire trash. I dont know her name but she had a nose ring, dark complexion, big fake eyelashes, packed on makeup and a verh bad attitude. Horrible. Because of her laziness, a homeless man went without food and drink on a hot day. We just left and its 4:35 PM 8/20/20

Its my first time coming here and my last. I wasted $42 and i ordered a large potato fries snd they werent there the chicken is salty and old the gravy is like mud and its salty as well. The employees working there, the majority working there have long hair and arent wearing hair nets thats disgusting. If its a big well known corporation it should have well established rules with its employees. I called and they never picked up its very bad service hopefully you dont waste your money here as well.
