My orders weren't done right three separate times. Everyone has a attitude and customer service is dead at the restaurant.

I ordered a 8 piece and some other stuff. A 60 dollar order. Wanted all legs and thighs. Saw that on Tuesday I could have gotten this bucket for 10 bucks but what the heck. At bottom of my bucket were two huge breast. I hate breast and won't go back. .....3 days later the manager called and apologized . That went a long way with me so will give them a second chance.

Went to KFC recently and had a guy , didn’t catch his name , has a beard worked the drive thru , he gave the best service super polite and in a great mood! Best service we’ve had at this location!!!

I have to say, this WAS a good place for a quick yummy fambam dinner. The customer service and food has gone down terribly. Emily, the "manager," was working drive through, and we had asked the difference between the 18.19 meal and 27.19 meal... she stated the $27 meal was 12 chicken/3lrg sides with 6 biscuits.... go to the front..ends up being $43.55... so when I asked why the price increased, she stated she didn't know what was on the menu, the 12pc was $37. How are you a manager and don't know your own menu? We acknowledged the mistake and said it was fine, but that's not what she had told us... get home...all the sides were wrong. Called back - all they offered was to fix or return. So we returned the entire bag - Emily, the manager knew exactly why we were there, never apologized and only said "full return?" Which we said yes... gave her receipt and the bag of food. She came back out, gave us the return in cash, and walked away with an attitude. Needless to say- you should not have a manager that doesn't know customer service or their own menu at the place they work at. Thanks for our money back and El Pollo loco. Here we come!! I'm never going here again. Waste of 1 hour and our poor, hungry kiddos.
Looks like this particular KFC has gone straight down hill. So sad that we will not be returning. Chicken fingers were so skinny, & the regular chicken was terrible.

Service was terrible at the drive thru, teller kept cutting me off. When I got my food, one of two drinks were wrong and 1 of 3 sides were wrong. After eating a chicken I got to the leg and absolutely disgusted that my leg looked like it got thrown on the floor and then fried. Had hair all around my chicken leg and one long blonde hair that was fried into the chicken. I’ve written 4 reviews in 6 years, this place needs to be shutdown, who knows what else they did to the rest of the food.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how bad my experience was at this KFC. I went in tonight on 1/06/2025 hoping to enjoy a nice meal, but was absolutely shocked by the horrible customer service I received from an employee named Emily.
First off, she was extremely rude with my drive through order.When she finally decided to take my order, she was completely disinterested and acted like I was bothering her. She also didn’t like the fact that I asked for sauce and I also had to make her aware that I ordered drinks. She was also extremely rude after handing me my food and because of this I asked her for her name. After giving it to me she mumbled under her breath more rude comments. I don’t see how someone of this character is allowed to work at KFC. Even if you’re having a bad day this is not right.
I used to love KFC, but after this experience, I won’t be returning anytime soon. Emily’s complete lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills have made me lose all faith in this location. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
