Good service. The young man that helped was friendly and helpful. Not sure who he is, but he did say i was the first person to order the Nashville Hot loaded fries. Give him a raise.
Placed at order for pick up through the app at 6:30pm for a 7:30pm pick up
7:06 - arrive at the drive-thru and am told it will be 3 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. I'm told to pull around and wait
7:14 am told it will be 8 minutes for breasts unless I want thights nad drums. I do not and tell them I'll wait.
7:30 have to go inside and find my order

what is the point of pre-ordering...
Craving chicken and their famous Cole slaw. Had regular and crispy chicken pieces which were all juicy and somewhat crispy. Pretty good overall. Biscuits always really salty but I like biscuits so I eat extra salt.... Cole slaw is usually great but this one had slivers of oldish carrot in it so it gave it a slight moldy taste. Staff not too outgoing but able and willing to advise when ordering legs or thighs.
