This KFC has wonderful atmosphere, the workers are very efficient especially the worker Mai is a very productive worker who takes orders with great accuracy.
Have to order at kiosk which doesn't give printed receipt. Bathrooms locked, soda fountain not in tune, no trays for dine in customers. Food was as expected, but probably wouldn't come back to this one.

...second KFC that I called an hour and a half before closing to see if they had chicken pot pies. They did not. When I told the person that answered the phone that this was the second KFC that I had called with no success.... they went silent. No apology no nothing. Just a thank you and goodbye.

I agree with all the 1star post. If this isn't the worst kfc, I shudder to think of a worse. One if you go inside and want to place an order you are told 20 to 30 minute wait. Go to drive thru and you get your order. We are paying good money for your food, the least you can do is have people, not kiosk, to take your order.

I received this advertisement that to me is clearly for the honey bbq chicken and included some coupons to get it. When I went to KFC the guy told me that I couldnāt use a coupon because he couldnāt figure out how to ring it up, so I left and went to another KFC and they told me the same thing until I pointed out that it was an advertisement and thatās false advertising and that they needed to honor the coupon after some negotiating and not getting the sides I wanted or anything else I left for the coupon price. However a huge hassle and still didnāt get what I wanted with the way prices are nowadays you really should be getting what you order and what you expect. I hope it still taste good cause I have a bad taste in my mouth for KFC after the hassle they cost me.

I would like to start off by saying that the heavy set male manager that wears glasses never gave me any problems when I come to order. My visit here today was so disappointing. KFC is one of my favorite fast food chains. Iāve been coming to this location for almost 2 years. Every visit, I ask for my chicken to be made cook to order. I have never been told no until today. When I asked for it to be made fresh, the cook looked at who Iām assuming was mod and smirked then walked away. The mod said that the chicken they have has been done for 30 minutes. I told her no, I would rather wait 30 minutes for fresh food because I will be mad if my food it not up to good quality. So instead of dealing with those women , I go to Popeyes. They have no problem with making my chicken fresh even though their chicken came out onlu 7 minutes ago . If a customer is requesting for their order to be made a specific way, it shouldnāt be a problem. Iām the one spending my money. I want my food cook to order . Do better ladies who work here. Yall were not busy
