Food/service was good, location seemed understaffed though and they missed a few things.. i didn't bother going back because the nice girl doing the drive thru seemed really overworked, I felt bad for her. 3 stars for the food and service was good.

Ordered a chicken little sandwich and it was cold, 2 ladies working were extremely rude and said it was cold because of the sauce, as a customer they should have given me a hot sandwich in place of the cold one and called it a day! So petty as it was a $2.80, how ever I paid for it..

Zero stars if I could. Everything I ordered they told me they were out of except legs and thighs. This was at 4:30, and told me it was at least a 25 minute wait for breasts, so I didn't order them. I was then told they were out of biscuits and it would take 10 minutes. There was a whole lot of standing around by employees who were on their phones. It took about 25 minutes to get my food, and it was not busy.

Missing gravy on mashedif the box was sealedpotatoes, short me chicken on a three pic box said they can't take it back or give me my chicken beause I bit one of the two pices,pieces, said you couldn't take it back if the box was sealed what does that have to do with the missing chicken

This is the second time that I ordered food from you guys the chicken is very very dry then I ask for a mixed $31 per check in 12 piece meal and it’s majority of all crispy the lady told me it was gonna be mixed she explained to me but all the dark meat is dry and it’s not what I expected the second time I go to other places and it’s exactly right try to please the client the customers that come to spend their money there this will be my last time I ever order anything there because of the experience I had a thought about not going there when I was
Ordered a spicy famous bowl and classic chicken sandwich to go, once I got home I saw that it was a regular famous. I decided to call to ask about the mistake, Manager said " we are out of Nashville sauce" why wouldn't you say that before hand? Extreme waste of time, manager needs to be smarter. The food wasn't much better, chicken was stale as can be! No wonder it was empty this KFC is awful don't recommend anyone to come here unless you want to get disappointed.

I stopped by and order a $20 fill up, mt. Dew, and 10 piece bbq wings. When I got home I was missing the wings. I called them and they refused to make it right with me and said in a bitchy voice have a nice night. This isn't the first time but it is the third and final time!
