Last night 3/7/2025 between 8- 8:20 pm, I ordered a four-piece combo. While eating my meal, I noticed the chicken wing I ate had something that looked like black lent all over it. Absolutely disgusting! I am not sure what this black material was on the chicken or how it got there, but I will no longer be ordering food here. If you dare eat here, please look closely at your food before eating it. I'm not sure what is going on at this location. The health department definitely needs to investigate.

Bad service, I ordered 2 combos through Uber Eats and they only gave me 1 combo, each one cost 36 and something, each one in total was 92.42, but only one arrived and I tried to mark it and there is no record.

So, as I write this, I'm sitting here wondering what I've done to have received the incorrect order. Furthermore, when I attempted to correct the employee, he simply said, "You ordered the regular nuggets/Mac & cheese bowl." I had used the kiosk and specifically ordered the Nashville Hot nuggets Mac & Cheese bowl. It took me showing him the damned e-receipt in my texts to prove it to him. He said that it's not a big deal, took my bowl, added some hot sauce to it, and said, "Have a nice day." with an attitude. Apparently, I'm not the only customer at this location to have voiced a similar problem with incorrect orders, and attitudes from staff there. Please look into this matter, and send me a reply here.
