A really negative experience at this location about 20 minutes ago staff could not assist with a gift card basically told me they didn't understand how to use the system which was truly unprofessional. Store manager refused to provide the information for the district manager and even refused to provide the information for the store number Will not ever use this location again I've reported my complaints to corporate pending a response

All the workers are very welcoming and are always happy to take your oder and they will always read you back your order to make sure that it is correct and while your oder is being taken the order is being prepared and if a mistake was made they are always there to listen and fix with what went wrong with your oder

I order from instant cart they had buy one get one free kfc app didn't give me option to select different side for meal I text instant cart guy telling he kept saying ok to what I was saying when we received order it was incorrect so I didn't tip KFC SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO OFFER THE DEAL NOT LET YOU CHOOSE SIDE FOR BOTH MEALS AND DRINKS SAID IT CHARGED US EXTRA FOR LEMONADE AND THEN SENT 2 PEPSI I ALSO LEFT MESSAGES ON WEB PAGE THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE SO YOU CAN MAKE SURE THEY GOT ORDER

Probably the worst manger rubbing his nose while handling food and worker coughing in her hand while banging a order I was sitting in the drive thru for about 4 mins everyone saw me no one acknowledged me I was picking up for Uber I understand your closed but they still let the truck ahead of me order food

This location is a solid choice for some good chicken. KFC chicken is a bit of a toss-up in terms of how salty it is, but this spot gets it right every time. Great customer service in the drive-thru as well. Comforting, filling, and worth it for the money. Would recommend.
