Ordered online workers could not read. Gave 1 spoon for 2 bowls and a combo....new manager sucks....

My daughter stopped by to get it to go for me. I wasn’t feeling very good. She came back with coleslaw mashed potatoes, a leg and a thigh biscuit and a Coke no ice. It was fresh very delicious. It was so good that the next day I went out and bought the same thing myself. Thank you

It is a place to eat, very good customer service and everything is very clean, I like it.

Me and my partner were to pick up a customer's order and this black girl who works there had a bad attitude, she kept looking at me and my partner giving us the dirt looks. All the workers were helpful and respectful.

Still like their food… when you can get it!
But do not, repeat- DO NOT come here after 8 pm. I don’t care what time they actually close.
They WON’T have the food you want, and if you’ve made the mistake of ordering through the app- they’ll still let the order go through on the app, but again, they won’t have your food. They’ll be missing integral ingredients for the item you ordered AND PAID FOR, or they’ll be missing the entire item.
And what I just learned is that if you ordered through the app; the restaurant doesn’t have the ability to cancel the order- not set it to haven’t received it or canceled or anything.
YOU have to call Customer Service- to cancel an order that they’ve taken your money for!! Almost seems scammy!
AND I just had the giant time waste of having to go through 2 different levels (bcs that’s the standard procedure) just to CANCEL an order that they’ve accepted even tho they didn’t have the ingredients for it.
Wasted 20:37 of my life bcs the restaurant can’t cancel the order themselves- for an app order that took 30 seconds to place.
Makes me wonder how many people just let them keep their money instead of going through this run-around. Nice little secondary income they’ve got going there! SO WRONG!!!

Limited on what drinks they had. They Forgot to add something simple like a fork and napkins. So had to back so I could get a fork to eat my lunch.

Horrible experience, only legs and thighs available upon arrival, my grandmother asked what her options were and they told her they could give her crispy breasts instead, she agreed and they made everything crispy, if that wasn't the worst of it, we got home and our sides weren't in the bag! They can't refund to card, cash only, and they only offered $10 off of our next order, unapologetic, said there was a mix up but no apology, absolutely disgraceful, don't eat here, go eat somewhere better.

8pm and the worker said that I could only order 2 buckets of 10pc chicken! That’s all the chicken they had! So your gonna close down if I buy the last 2 chicken buckets?! So crazy! Lazy and people who don’t want money!

I work next door and yesterday I got off work to go to KFC just to buy there 16 piece to feed my hungry kids and the manager said they don't have 16 PC available, and it would be a 50 min wait .I told them I would pay ahead and wait but they wouldn't take 100s..never going there again , bad customer services and attitudes. Instead, go to church chickens. It's right across the street on flamingo.
