Do not eat here the service is so bad and the food is very very bad will make you sick and ruin your trip the prices are outrageous for the services and food please do not eat here and take my advice!

Our waiter Melvin was amazing. The food is super good. Love how it’s right across the street from our hotel at Resorts World. Definitely worth it.

I wish I read the reviews before I wasted $70. Gross 🤮🤢🤮🤢.. Was not offered water after being watched by staff in the corner while eating for over 20 mins.. I got 2 teriyaki chicken plates w a $3.00 upgrade charge for fried rice. I also added shrimp tempura and garlic string beans.....the best thing was the cup of ice I left with and the lady who took my order. No thanks, won't try for the buffet. Wasn't fresh and not cooked with love. Not worth my $70..

Crazy
galbi is not cooked, so I bring it back and bake it, and the rice is salty and no one serves it, and this service is the worst

We came here to eat while on vacation and absolutely loved it here! The food didn’t take long to arrive at all, and the restaurant’s interior and exterior gave off a relaxing and cozy vibe, perfect for eating at any time of the day. My family and I came late after midnight and the employees were extremely friendly; letting us know about after-midnight promotions, patiently explaining some details about the food to us, and indulging in our small conversations and questions (giant thank you to Karl, he was amazing)! And of course, the food was delicious! The portions were perfect for the five of us and it was so filling, without the flavor being too much or too little, and was fulfilling in every bite. Would for sure recommend eating here and would definitely eat here again if possible!

Terrible service experience. We were seated immediately but no one came to take our order for 30 minutes, and we were not even given water. We had to go to the front to ask for a waitress to come. The waitress came and only took our drink orders. Drinks came out with water cups almost 15 minutes later.

We had finally gotten to order our food. When the food started coming out, they had missed one of our orders. We had tried to flag down servers all throughout our meal, but we were often ignored for other customers. Almost 30-45 minutes later, server finally went to ask the kitchen about the missing order, but when the order eventually came, it was the WRONG order. The server reassured us that the meal would be on the house. However, 10 minutes later another bowl of the correct order came out and we were told we would have to pay for THAT meal, even though we had started eating the incorrect one already.

All throughout this, none of the other tables had been cleaned at all, other customers were attended to ahead of us, and we were apologized to with no actual retribution for our wasted money and time. Not sure if this is an understaffing issue, but it seems like there is no communication capability between the servers and the kitchen. Will not be coming here again.
