We stayed in Las Vegas for 9 days. This restaurant had the worst service and this was the only restaurant we didn't give any tips. The food was served 45 minutes after orders were placed at 6:10 pm. That wasn't the worst I complained about. The worst was, when we asked a waitress after 30 minutes, she simply replied, without looking at us, that they were working on it. She then just went back to her working counter. How did she know if she didn't go to the kitchen to check whether they forgot about our orders. After another 10 minutes we asked a waiter, he was rude enough to say that he only took care of bills. He claimed that he was there less than 40 minutes, we couldn't possibly have been waiting for 40 minutes. His English was poor so I spoke in Chinese to ask him if he could go to the kitchen to check. He reluctantly and rudely left, with no response no feedback on our request. No one tended us. We were just about to leave and one of the dishes finally came. 5 minutes later the remaining dish. Obviously they didn't place our orders from the beginning. Service is as important as the quality of food. Forgetting the order wasn't unforgivable but being rude, without any apologies and no explanation, that was unforgivable in the service industry. I would have fired these 2 staff if I was the boss.
Don't go if you don't have time to wait or you don't want to ruin your day by rude staff.

We dine at KJ Dim Sum a week ago and found the food was pretty good. We had the sizzling beef and kung pao chicken and both dishes were delicious. The restaurant was a good size with a lot of tables so we didn’t wait long. The staff were good with food coming out at a decent time. We were starving so we were very happy that we didn’t have to wait to get seated and the food came out fairly quick.

The food was okay and the service was not good, second day terrible. On the second day or visit, a party speaking Chinese walked in after us, but got seated before us. My party let it go hoping it was an oversight. The place looks nice and has potential to be great. However, the first day, the food came out lukewarm but the service was better. The second day, the food came out hot and the service was terrible. I only went there because I had a $200 dining credit and Rio has limited pescatarian options. I suppose the service was better on the first day because there weren't many people there. The second day, there were more people. I don't want to make this about race, but it just so happens, my party were the only ones that do not speak Chinese. No one offered us menus, took a while to take our orders, no one asked how was the food or if we wanted to order anything else. A few staff members walked around with food carts offering items, but we had no attentive waiter or waitress. Everyone else were being tended to except us. We basically had to seek out and ask for everything we wanted. I won't be going back there. The food is not that good to deal with that type of service. It didn't take long to receive our food, but appetizers came out after the entrees and we got our entrees at different times.

Ordered an appetizer and two entrees. Received an entree after 45 minutes, then the appetizer 15 minutes later, and we're still waiting on the final entree. Restaurant wasn't busy.

Entrees don't come with any rice. I asked and was informed it was an addon. At $28 for an entree you would expect a bowl of white rice to be included.

What we have gotten tasted good, but go literally anywhere else. I'd have walked out but we have a show to go to and don't have the time to go anywhere else.
