My friends and I enjoy coming here for lunch! However, there can be an unhappy person at the register every now and then. The food is usually good. Nevertheless, the last few times they put less meat on sandwiches and salad…that’s not good! It’s a good way to lose customers!

I have been here for food and once for deserts. It's ok. I'm vegetarian and they only have one sandwich selection plus the grilled cheese. I tried their small sugar cookie and it was very bland. I am not crazy about sweets, but it had no flavor. This place seems like it may be ok if you just want to sit and have a relaxing lunch and chat, but the food is just mediocre.

I went for breakfast, but they had already switched to lunch. Instead, I ordered a couple of items from the bakery list. A raspberry creme croissant and a cranberry white chocolate chip cookie. With of these were amazingly good!

Awesome place for soup/salad/sandwich and a dessert. I typically use Post Mates to order from here. I've NEVER had an issue with the quality/quantity of the food. The one time I physically went to the restaurant, the staff were super-friendly and the service was prompt. Definitely worth trying. Get you a dessert, at least a cookie!
Parking: Parking lot is oddly shaped and shared with a Jamba Juice.

I used to patron this specific location on a daily now I may go once every other week…. The service BEFORE the new app update AHHHMAZING ppl knew your name and no wait …. NOW you’re waiting for an online order, food is not that appealing a taste just as it looks (not good) idk what happened to the old crew but the new workers … no pep in their step…. no urgency…. Customer service non existence…. When you’re spending at least $15+ for lunch you would expect a better experience !! Bring the old app back and the old crew please !!!

Great place to eat..prices are up a bit especially for a simple combo meal but it's still very tasty just don't get the combo LOL service was like zombies and no one was smiling or even half aware there were customers. The dining area was dirty, trash cans filled to the top and trash from customers left on table tops. They were cleared but tables were not wiped down afterwards. So kinda gross. But the food is on point! Maybe go through the drive through and just skip the inside. Perhaps the food servers in the drive through are happier than the indoor ones. Sorry we didn't take pics but it was tasty.
*Update 11/2024 . Ordered the salad yesterday & there was very few of those end salad pieces. HUGE IMPROVEMENT ‼️ So many of the Food items here are pretty good. The macaroni and cheese sandwich is TO DIE FOR!!! I love the chicken pesto sandwich but I needs a bit more chicken on the thick bread. Cheesecake is to die for!! Salads 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐲 & would be 10/10 if they didn't come with 𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐒 of those big crunchy end pieces😠. What on earth happened to this place?! The energy is if someone died. The lady that took my order was had the personality of the meh emoji and everyone else appeared to just be going through the motions. This place isn't cheap but the service quality should match the cost and food quality.

Boxes were overflowing leaving seating very limited, and the customer service was awful. We placed an order for soup and salads, which took 40 minutes to arrive. Upon receiving our food, we found all of the soups to be cold and the salad to be mediocre. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, waiting for them to reheat our soup, but none of the staff acknowledged me, prompting us to leave and reheat our soups properly at home. Not good Kneaders, you need to get this place in order and some help.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it was really wet. Dripping wet. I didn't finish eating it. I ate almost half and decided to return it and try and get a different sandwich but I was denied. I was told I ate half but had not. I have never been to a Kneaders before. It was my first time. The sodas were flat too. Not impressed. Bummer.

It’s so sad how much Kneaders has gone downhill from what it was in regards to service and food. I just went this weekend to try one more time since last time it was a terrible experience and they just are so understaffed (again) and they were out of everything I asked for. I just thanked them and left and unfortunately I’m pretty sure I won’t be going again. It’s been months of understaffed, unhappy service and sub par food for to much money.
