Well if your thinking to come here an hour before they close don’t even waste your time they will tell you they closed the kitchen for the evening.

The Ramen was tasty but the bowl was less than half full. The pork was a little thicker than a sheet of paper, I would not come here if you're expecting a full

We’re not sure why it took us so long to try Kobashi after living in the area for 4 years. The curry ramen with pork katsu was perfect. We also tried some appetizers - the crispy rice spicy tuna was delish and the sushi rolls came out fresh. Perfect for a chilly March day. Definitely will be back!!

Service was good, nice people, atmosphere was quiet, when we went it was not busy. For Food we got the Soft shell crab 2/5 tasted off no real flavor (1crab cut in half.) Takoyaki batter was too plain (watery batter)3/5. Chicken Karaage 4/5 the item we liked best crispy and sauce on the side to dip, the veggies tasted good aswell. Original Ramen, Miso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen 3/5 I personally had the miso mild and the broth hardly any flavor even w the sauce they give to add. No spice at all, my companions had spicy which wasn't at all either. Spicy tuna roll and Cali roll were as expected from any other good sushi 4/5 pretty safe option here.Drinks we had were melon and mango soda. The mango cream soda was chosen from 3 out of 4 of us. I personally liked the melon but as they pointed out I like the melona ice cream and they don't which it taste alot like.

Food was very mediocre and overpriced. Ramen was bland and tasted like it had been soaked too long. Karaage was misty breading with very little chicken. Many pieces didn’t even have chicken in them. For the price, which is on the higher end for ramen, I would have expected much better.

Not many places her in Vegas serve authentic Japanese curry!! My son and I loved it, his first time there.Parking: Parking lot shared with Panera, Firehouse Subs and Starbucks, yet plenty of space!!

Do NOT get the creamy tonkatsu ramen. They literally drop a 1x1 inch cube of butter in the ramen.Who eats ramen? Asian people do. What percentage of Asians are lactose intolerant? 80-90% of Asians are lactose intolerant. What ethnicity is my girlfriend? Asian. Is she still an atheist? Not when she saw the toilet failing to flush. The curry was okay. But not worth the price of clearing a Mt Fuji sized mess in the toilet .

This place is extremely quiet. Very small and intimate. The curry was good and the Gyoza had a lot of flavor. I also ate the crunch roll, it wasn't my favorite but I will go back and try another roll. The prices are reasonable so I don't see an issue with giving this place another shot. Service was great and everyone was so kind.

I've been here a couple of times, usually after finishing a visit to the Bass Pro Shop and if I'm not in the mood for the restaurants at the casino this is my favorite place to go. I love the decor of the restaurant. The restaurant is sleek and a pretty good size. I like the modern design. It's a very clean restaurant and I like that the restroom is large. Now for the food. I've only ever had black garlic ramen. Not all ramen places offer it, this is the only place I have visited that has it. Other places just offer the oil, which is still good!I think I devour the ramen every time I visit, it's so good. And this place puts a lot of stuff in it! Egg, noodles, crispy onion, seaweed, the only thing I don't like are bean sprouts but that's just me!I really like this place and it is currently my favorite restaurant in that area!

Food is very good and fair priced. Staff has previously put auto gratuity on our bill before despite us being below the required party size for it. Thats my only downsideVegetarian options: Veggie ramen

My favorite ramen and curry in Vegas! We ordered:- chicken Katsu curry, which was not too spicy, crispy but tender, and a generous portion. - shrimp fried rice, in a nice dome-shaped presentation, generous amounts of mini shrimp in every bite.- appetizers: gyoza, California rolls ("really yummy!" said my 8yo)- creamy tonkatsu ramen, broth was so delicious, pork pieces were not fatty but tender, perfect amount of toppings. All the food came out within minutes and the waiters were friendly and attentive. It was not crowded, everything was clean, and the music wasn't too loud. They do take-out as well!Hit the spot! Great find if you're looking for good food and quick service just off the strip.
