Closed for good
Beyond slow service. Food was ok but I got the Rock and Roll and the outside was the cucumber skin which i have never seen used on a sushi roll. And inside was advertised as containing crab but it was imitation crab (krab). It took nearly an hour from ordering initially to get my roll. Add on the dusty fans over all the tables, can't imagine what would have been blowing onto my food if they were on. The reason for 2 stars is because the food was good. Otherwise I will never be back here.
As a side note there is no all you can eat and the only menu provided is for sushi. There are pictures on the wall for ramen but nothing in the way of what it is other than price.

I've come here almost every Saturday for the last couple years for either all you can eat sushi, or the lunch special. Those are both gone, and the sushi À la carte prices are very high.
That being said, the new owners added Pho, which is a large portion, at a fair price.

The food here is legitimately the worst food I’ve ever had. We had the Pho Beef Combination, which came with broth that tasted like half water and half boxed beef broth AND came with only like four bites of meat at most. Absolutely ZERO flavor. We also had a large Teriyaki Chicken that tasted like a bottle of teriyaki from smiths WITH the portion being smaller than a small at Panda Express. Once a decent AYCE, now just a crappy restaurant needing to be replaced with something else.
If you want spicy, just ask them, they will hand you a bottle of Siracha 🤣
This was the largest and most disappointing waste of money I’ve ever experienced. I would rather gamble and lose than go here.

My husband and i had been coming here an average of once every couple weeks for over 10 years. We moved in May and had been so excited to come back to visit, mainly for Kobe. All the changes were actually disheartening. This is not the same restaurant it was, unfortunately. All the food we loved was gone, anything left was changed, prices were hiked, and the physical environment in the restaurant was uncomfortable. We really miss the old Kobe

My partner and I stopped in to get our favorite KOBE dinner specials and were disappointed to learn that they have been discontinued under new ownership. Our favorite rolls were also no longer on the menu. Not coming back.
Least quality shushi I’ve had in a long time.

The new owners ruined it. I asked for punzu sauce. They gave me the smallest portion I've ever seen. Can't even dip into it. They took all the good stuff off the menu, told my folks last time they would make it, but refused this time. We've been waiting an hour and finished our meal but have yet to received our muscles. There is a new place opening up on Trop and Ft Apache, hope it's good.

I use to come here all the time as a regular before this restaurant got sold off by new Owners. The first time I came back to this restaurant after months; The waitress was kind and welcoming. However, there was no Chef to make the sushi. So when I took a look at the menu, I was so extremely sadden; They took off all of the Sushi Rolls that had the Hispanic flare, completely changing the menu for the worst. It felt like I went to a strangers house instead of a familiar comfortable restaurant. The menu was only one sided of a page with very few to choose. I am sadden of this change and I feel like there is MUCH room for improvement. This isn't the Kobe Sushi I know and Love.

Noticeably there is no fish in the bar area, where chef normally show the quality of the fish.
While I didn’t get sick eating here I thought the tuna poke was glistening red and tasted fishy and unlike tuna I’ve had throughout years.
Hamachi fared much better along with their cooked food.
Limited to 2 hand rolls in ayce. All other rolls really small and not packed with fish. Lots of sauce for you sauce lovers. For those who are fish lovers, you be bit more saddened.

We were looking for a better option in AYCE Sushi and tried Kobe for the first time. Sunday evening and it was very quiet there. The food was very good and we will be going back. We also had some delicious Garlic Edamame but I didn't take a picture. Check out my other pictures.

I absolutely love this place. I can’t get enough of the “Habanero Salsa” roll. It’s the perfect combination of spice and citrus. Props to the sushi chef, surprised us with a special jalapeño dipping sauce. It shows how much he cared to make it a great experience. I’ll always be back ?
