Surprised by the remodel we decided to try the new menu and of course the Tonkotsu, $14, and the Black garlic Tonkotsu too, $15, we found the new and trending Robata grill, roasted skewers, that will be a different review. We were satisfied with the well done Ramen, the noodles on point and the soup was succulent, thick and creamy with the right amount of garlic and meat, a wide variety of drinks, our waitress was very kind and asked us a few times how’s everything, prices versus service and plate sizes are very acceptable. Recommended.
Updated review: all three of us felt SICK after eating here. AND the rude old Asian waitress never gave my friends credit card back. We didn’t realize untill the next day and they were closed until after our flight left. This place is a disgusting dump and should truly be shut down
Old review: Terrible service! The women who served us was rude and sassy. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but she seriously needs to work on her customer service abilities. If you want to have a terrible experience, go here. Good ramen tho.
Horrible service. While the food was great, the waitress was rude and snappy. We felt like we were inconveniencing her by asking for seperate bills and when it came time to pay. She was pulling the machine out of hands as if she couldn’t wait to be done serving us. We felt very unwelcomed and we will not be returning here.
I have a couple things to say. First I walked in and was greeted nice and sat down to order, it was around 2:45. Food was done quickly and portions were good, but… the fried rice was not good at all.. I got the shoyu ramen and it was kind of bland. Had to add sriracha and soy sauce to it but regardless it was average.
I was fine but then they kept asking if I was done or if I needed anything like a to go box. I kindly said no I’m still eating thank you. Two minutes later they said they’re actually trying to close. So I had to rush and eat my ramen, left the rice there and went on my way. If I wanted to sit and eat and y’all are closing in 15 minutes, please let me know next time?
I sat in a booth next to the windows and the windows were gross and greasy. So foggy during the day light.. couldn’t enjoy my meal.
This is our go to place for consistently delicious ramen. The weekday lunch special is an amazing deal of ramen (or udon) + side of fried rice (there are two other side options) + soft drink (free refills). They also have other non-Japanese soup options, for variety.

The Japanese granny who works there is EXTREMELY rude. She gave me a bunch of attitude while I was ordering, making all sorts of faces and showing her annoyance with me repeating my order clearly to make sure they don’t mess it up. I bring my order home, and of course they messed it up! What a joke. Horrible, horrendous, awful attitude and service quality. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I got the tonkatau ramen. Was one of those ramens that gets better the longer I ate it. The pork chasu was delicious and melted in my mouth. About the only weakness would be the noodles, didn't do a good job of soaking up the broth so tasted little bland.
Service was excellent and speedy. Got the ramen out almost as soon as I ordered it. I definitely will come back to try other ramen and some of the apps.

Black garlic Ramen was very good. I wish there were more vegetables and meat. The Miso Ramen was very very very extremely VERY salty.

Fantastic Ramen spot that is offering that also has some interesting variety. I've had the Midori Basil Ramen, Black garlic Ramen, and the Miso Ramen. The miso ramen I had today for the first time with no additional add on items. I thought it was spectacular!

My family and I used to come here quiet often because of the close distance to our house. The tonkatsu ramen tastes really good but the portions have been cut down significantly. For the price we are paying it's not worth it. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I've been coming here a whole lot but then I realized the last few times coming here, the portions are getting less and less! It's very upsetting that the prices went up and the portions went down! Sad to say but I will no longer be coming here for ramen! I highly suggest everyone to find a place that is worth the money!
