I don’t generally leave bad reviews, but this needs to be said. I first attempted to call the store (while sitting in their store) to speak with the manager to give her a heads up without embarrassing the employee), but no answer and their voice mail was full, so I’ll communicate this way.
Cleanliness is important in food service. The man working the front counter was wearing gloves (a plus) but appeared to not understand the concept of contamination and cross contamination. He fulfilled a customer’s order while wearing gloves. He then handled the financial transaction in the same gloves. Then called the manager because of an issue. While standing and talking with the manager he proceeded to rub his nose and then removed his hat and scratched his head (still wearing the same gloves). He proceeded with the next customer’s order with the same gloves on. Although I’m not a germaphobe, there are food safety regulations in place for every one’s safety. The fact that the manager didn’t coach their employee while observing his actions is a sign that they were giving tacit approval to their actions leading one to wonder what other regulations were being ignored.
I attempted two more phone calls to the store’s listing but still no answer.

Upcharged me for a vanilla glazed donut, even though nothing on the display indicated it was a specialty donut or that it incurred a surcharge. Didn’t appreciate that but I guess that’s Vegas for you.
Unlike other places in Vegas, prices are generally in line with KK prices in the rest of the country. Though this may just be indicative of how expensive KK has gotten anywhere you go

Gotta second the people who are giving props to the super awesome morning staff. At 7 am the vibes of where it’s located are pretty grim, but the employee I encountered was amazing!

The women who work in the morning are a delight and super friendly. The coffee was great along with a couple of donuts. I hit this location several times over my weeks stay.

I remember when this place first opened back in the 90s. People waited in line just to see the spectacle of how the donuts were made.
The hype is long gone but the place still remains. Large displays windows allow patrons to see the gladed goodness made.
Reasonably priced and always filling especially with a side of coffee.
Always a great option to get your day started to enjoy the strip.
