We visited your location Monday February 17th at 9pm. We were told the prices on the board were wrong because your a franchise and you don't have to abide by those prices. We were charged way more than the prices on the board. Not sure how it works in Las Vegas but in the real world the price you see is the price you pay.
Can you share with us why we were charged more than the posted prices?
Part two; the employee we worked with had the personality of a dead fish. Rude, rude, rude.
Now you know, what's next???

On October 18, 2024, My family and I visited Las Vegas and stayed at the Excalibur hotel. Approximately 1:30AM, My cousin and I went to Krispy Kreme for a snack, there was an AA young lady that informed us that the cashier went to the restroom and will return shortly, this lady was just watching the counter. I went and walked around while my cousin waited for the cashier to return. When I returned to the counter, my cousin was waiting for the cashier to take her order, when I approached the counter, the cashier ignored us and when we spoke to her she stated she was closed and showed us a sign that stated "we are temporarily closed". I asked her how and this place is opened 24hrs. She stated she is still on break and will close in 3 minutes, I asked her how is she still on break and working, she then stated she had 3 minutes before she closed, I asked her to take my order for a cup of coffee and a donut, she proceeded to show me the sign and stated loudly:" I SAID I WAS CLOSED, NOW GOOD NIGHT". I told her I was going to go to the security office. As I proceeded to go down stairs another family approached and she began to serve them. I was in utterly disbelief that this cashier by the name of "Sensi" whom appeared to be of Hispanic decent, refused to serve My cousin and I whom are AA. At this time I felt that we were violated of our rights due to our skin color. I then went to security to report the incident and we were given a buffet voucher for our "ordeal". I do appreciate the gesture of the manager, but this cashier need a diversity class. I do not want anyone to lose their job, but this was cashier displayed modern day racism. We gave her no reason to be rude and there was no sign anywhere stating that Krispy Kreme has a right to refuse service for any reason. I will be contacting corporate on this matter. Let's stop the hate please.

The service was atrocious. The staff was extremely unfriendly and it was written all over their face they did not want to be there. Service was very slow. Donuts never fresh and we went different times of the day everyday and we went twice a day. The only favorable thing here was the coffee.

Good place inside the food court in the treasure island casino and hotel. The assortments were all there, it was next to Popeyes . The service was good and very proactive. I tried the mini classic glazed donuts was good and fresh as expected from Krispy Kreme. A 'will visit again' place.

Good breakfast option for doughnut lovers, right on the ground floor of Treasure Island Hotel (casino). Wide selection of different donuts in all colors, sizes and flavors. Tip: Better get coffee at Starbucks - right next door -...
Proof that Krispy Kreme has still got it. Thought they had fell off but this renewed my hope in the much maligned donut producer. Obviously it’s Vegas prices but that donut hit hard.

Darion was a delight! While the donuts were just ok, he was a pleasure to receive service from! Any company would be lucky to have such a pleasant person working for them. I would say that the donuts were good - they just weren’t great - but I would still give them a try again!

Krispy Kreme in Excalibur, Las Vegas, is a fantastic quick stop for a sweet treat. The donuts are fresh and delicious, truly capturing the essence of what makes Krispy Kreme a favorite. I tried the salted caramel cheesecake donut, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with the caramel. The atmosphere is casual, making it an ideal spot to indulge without any fuss. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The hours say 24 hours yet I went after 9pm and I was told they were closing at 10 pm bc they were short staffed and it wasn’t even 10 pm yet. What a joke. I grew up in Winston Salem North Carolina where this company began and this is beyond the worst service ever for a company of this stature. Why is this even a location? I will never go back here who cares what their real hours of operation are. Very sad.
