If you work at a donut shop itās like a florist. You are generally selling āhappinessā. If you have a ānewā donut that you havenāt tried, you should say ācustomers really seem to enjoy themā. Saying āI donāt know, Iāve never ate oneā is unacceptable. These donuts are excellent by donut standards. Donāt hire people who scream āI DONāT CAREā with their attitude. Pitiful.

A part of the Excalibur food court. This is reasonably priced compared to other establishments you will find in hotels on The Strip. Got 2 donuts and a medium coffee it ran me a little over $11.

I donāt generally leave bad reviews, but this needs to be said. I first attempted to call the store (while sitting in their store) to speak with the manager to give her a heads up without embarrassing the employee), but no answer and their voice mail was full, so Iāll communicate this way.
Cleanliness is important in food service. The man working the front counter was wearing gloves (a plus) but appeared to not understand the concept of contamination and cross contamination. He fulfilled a customerās order while wearing gloves. He then handled the financial transaction in the same gloves. Then called the manager because of an issue. While standing and talking with the manager he proceeded to rub his nose and then removed his hat and scratched his head (still wearing the same gloves). He proceeded with the next customerās order with the same gloves on. Although Iām not a germaphobe, there are food safety regulations in place for every oneās safety. The fact that the manager didnāt coach their employee while observing his actions is a sign that they were giving tacit approval to their actions leading one to wonder what other regulations were being ignored.
I attempted two more phone calls to the storeās listing but still no answer.

Upcharged me for a vanilla glazed donut, even though nothing on the display indicated it was a specialty donut or that it incurred a surcharge. Didnāt appreciate that but I guess thatās Vegas for you.
Unlike other places in Vegas, prices are generally in line with KK prices in the rest of the country. Though this may just be indicative of how expensive KK has gotten anywhere you go
