When I tell you that we had an amazing time at Krispy Kreme, it is an understatement. Loved watching the doughnuts being made then glazed was beyond satisfying and the staff and customers were all very polite. Just a fun place to eat and great family atmosphere.

Very unprofessional. The “manager” Touched all my donuts with her bare hand, and when I brought it up, she refused to serve me. This is a very unsanitary practice. Then, when I complain about it, the employees start to taunt me as Im leaving taking pictures and videos of me. I don’t know what the company policies are, but I don’t appreciate a company that allows their employees to take pictures and videos of paying customers.

I popped in to get a couple of donuts on my way to work thinking oh it’ll just be quick it was Anything but fast. There were three visible employees. One was cleaning one was working the drive up window and the other one seemed too busy to notice me. She was making herself a cup of coffee. I waited to be greeted and when I was and only ordered two donuts I kind of got brushed off, and then I waited some more because apparently the one lady who was making the coffee couldn’t ring me Up then, when the girl did come over mid transaction, she stops and starts talking to an employee. You just started work. I coughed and said humm like why am I waiting for you to talk to this guy? Just give me my change, please. My popping to get a couple of donuts cost me 10 minutes of my time and I was late to work. You get a fail Krispy Kreme.
