Some the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Mike needs to be fired! Rude and disrespectful, young African American kid in picture.

I absolutely hate their automated system. It could not get a few of the donuts that I was asking for, and The AI machine was adding donuts that I did not want. I said remove those and they kept restarting my whole order over and I kept fighting the machine Just try to get a dozen donuts. I drove up to the window and said this is ridiculous. It deleted my order a few times and would not put what I ordered on there and was adding different things. I will absolutely never go back to Krispy Kreme. An AI automated drive-through is not customer friendly.

The donuts were delicious as usual but the service was lacking. I believe they were understaffed.

I was excited to go there and get my donuts but very disappointed with the whole experience. The place no longer smelled like sweet donuts . It smells like grease and old. The people don’t say hello or good morning. The guy just stood there waiting for me to order. Took order turns around and walked away. He proceeded to take phone out and text. Meanwhile 2 other people were constantly arguing at each other. They had racks and containers stacked on the floor. Got my order and walked to the exit. I turned and remembered how people used to watch the donuts being made. I was sad thinking how bad this place has gone downhill. The donuts were ok but not as good or perfect as before. Close it down, clean it, retrain for hospitality and bring it back to what it once was.
Kid-friendliness: It used to be fun for kids to watch the production but nowadays it looks rundown and rediculas. No hats? No samples.

Your store clearly states drive thru hours end at 11 on Fridays. It's a Friday, it's 10:30 pm, and your store was not open.

This young boy, although is working and has a job, it was absolutely disgusting. Scratched his mouth, then rubbed his open sores and ready to pop pimples, and thought he was going to serve me donuts. All on the front counter in front of cameras, so my words can be verified

Twice the hot coffee has been disgusting. Once it was bitter. Today it was cold. Don't buy regular coffee here. The donuts are ok and good. But the coffee is horrendous.

It’s hard to go wrong with a Krispy Kreme donut, but customer service is important to me. I stopped by this morning to pick up a dozen for my staff in Henderson. Despite only one person ahead of me in line, there were about 6-8 employees, including a manager, just standing around chatting. After a few minutes, one employee finally assisted the lady in front of me, but without a smile or any semblance of customer service. He got her dozen assorted donuts and then immediately started texting on his phone.
When he eventually looked up, he simply said, “Next.” I placed my order for a dozen assorted, and he went back to texting. After about a minute or so, he told me, “Oh, you can insert your card now.” It seems like customer service is a lost art these days. Not the end of the world, but next tube I’ll probably try a mom-and-pop donut shop, hoping for a more engaging and pleasant experience.

Good as always, but, when it's cold outside, the donuts get cold.
If they could invest in a heating lamp or something that'd be nice.

Took the kids here as they love to see them making the doughnuts. None were being made. Selection was not all available. What we got was good. Staff was... well the did they job and were quick about it. Price... here is the biggest downfall fall. There prices have gotten out of hand. Almost $20 a dozen. They are doughnuts. Probably the reason the last 3 times I went it was empty. 12.99 to maybe 15.99 is a max price for what you get. Sorry guys but you are killing business.
