Wow!!! Didn’t expect this to be so good! Tge wintermelon green tea was Amazing! It’s my first time trying this place. I was craving a Taiwanese style boba tea because I missed the boba tea that I had in taiwan and this is the closest one! I will be going here now from now on!

Lovely experience ordering from Kung Fu Tea today :) I had the apple oolong with wow boba and it was delightful! The flavors were so delicious! The roasty oolong pairs so well with the apple and the boboa is the best I’ve had on this side of the city. Just moved into the neighborhood and this will be my new tea home. Thank youuu to the owners who were sweet and welcoming!

I visited Kung Fu Tea at this location today and was surprised to see only one employee working and handling all the orders. I completely understand how overwhelming and stressful that can be. That said, the customer service left much to be desired. The employee was visibly irritated, mumbling under her breath, slamming things in the back and not making any effort to communicate clearly or courteously. Instead of handing over drinks or placing them down the counter, she slid them across the counter, which felt dismissive. When I noticed that the boba was missing from my drink, a small and understandable mistake, I politely asked if she could add it. In response, she snapped her fingers as I was handing over the cup and gave me an annoyed facial expression. She also didn’t want to make the taiyaki, which was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting perfection, especially with her working alone, but a bit of basic courtesy would’ve been appreciated. I hope the management takes steps to support their staff better and encourage a more respectful attitude toward customers, regardless of how busy things get.

Only giving 2 stars because the employees that were working around 3:30 to 4pm 5/18 were nice. This is the second time I have ordered boba tea from this place and the batch was burned. The first time, I had ordered 7 of the same boba slush but didn’t realize until I drove all the way home, that were all burnt and disgusting. The shop had no issue fixing it but it was frustrating to have to drive all the way back to get it corrected.
This last time which was 5/18, my daughters’ ordered identical Oreo slush drinks. When the drinks came out, one was noticeably without Oreo cookie chunks and once my daughter tried it, while we were driving away in the car, she complained it didn’t taste like Oreo at all. Yet another burned batch that she described to taste like coffee grounds. They should have both been slush but the burnt was more of a milk tea. She was too shy to speak up so I couldn’t get it corrected for her. I just feel there is a serious quality issue and should have been easily recognized when 2 identical drinks are made and only 1 of them actually looks like what was ordered. Disappointed!
Why advertise collabs if the locations don’t even have it, if your company is doing a collaboration and has you put up ads then you should’ve had everything needed for it before the promotion. Talk about terrible customer service
The drinks are mid tier at best too.
