Why advertise collabs if the locations don’t even have it, if your company is doing a collaboration and has you put up ads then you should’ve had everything needed for it before the promotion. Talk about terrible customer service

This location just sucks … I don’t know how you can mess up on a strawberry lemonade with boba but let’s begin with them putting brown sugar boba instead regular , the boba was hard so must have been old , didn’t taste like strawberry lemonade at all … a complete waste of money & time …

We used to live in the Midwest and would frequent Kung fu tea almost weekly! So we are very familiar with the drinks. I have been to this Kung fu Tea twice and our drinks were not made right both times and customer service has been poor. This last week we went and it was the girl at the registers first week. I asked what came in a drink and she said she was new and would have to ask. She turned to the man working with her and he said “I don’t know” and she said “you don’t know?” And he was like “yeah, I don’t know. There’s a bunch of stuff in it” with attitude. I don’t know if he’s another employee or a manager, but his customer service is horrible. We ordered a taro milk tea with boba and the taro tea was brown. Taro is always purple and it didn’t taste right either. We will not be returning to this location.

Went cause I was pretty thirsty after running at the local park decided to order 10 drinks during rush hour but they were made pretty fast I tipped the two asian boys with glasses one penny and they had an surprised expression. However do not get the sunshine pineapple tea it is not tasty. Then after I left my big mess and went straight back to running at the park. #gains ?♀️?
Great service and love the fact that it is one of the few boba places that closes late at 11pmOne of my favorite drinks there is the Yogurt Green Tea (I add mango popping bubbles)

Food: I didn’t love my longan jujube drink but the herbal jelly was delicious and so was the boba. The honey black tea with chia seeds was delish too!
Service: Gentleman that took my order was very respectful and helpful.
Environment: Tables were clean and store was comfortable to be in if wanted. They had one cute little staged photo-booth area as well.
NTT [[Next Time Try]]: They we’re advertising punches and guava drinks! That’s all me next time!

Friendly environment and workers were very helpful and friendly. Offering adjustments to my drink if needed. Wasnt needed definitely come back again.
It doesn't come close to the spring mountain location. I'm very disappointed. I spent $19 on 3 teas, and when I got home, it was a real letdown. I called to let them know, and the employee on the phone was less than helpful. She was very defensive offered. I came back to replace them, but given its over a 30-minute drive for me, I said no. I asked her to give me a future discount instead , that I didn't want my money back just some offer for future use.She kept being defensive, and instead of owning up to the idea that she made a bad batch, she said , "Well, no one has complained today." That's when she lost me. I was not looking to be a Karen, just to keep me a customer. I wanted to try my drink before driving away, but I had asked for a hot drink. That tea was so hot. I'm sure it was over the safety standard for hot drinks. I figured it'd be good to drink by the time I was home. I am so annoyed because for 10 years, I've drank the same dang tea, and it just doesn't hit the spot. ? good luck in the future, maybe hire employees who do not take a complaint personally.

They don’t have a clue what they are doing! I ordered a mango slush and Oreo wow and both were disappointing. The mango slush was so watered down and not even frozen. It tasted like cheap watered down juice. The Oreo wow had no boba and only a few pieces of Oreo. A waste of time and money. Will not come back to this location.

In my opinion, best Boba in town. Wish I had a photo to share, but I drank it too fast. Wide selection of drinks available and their Boba balls have always been on point over the last 7 years I have been going here.Ita definitely not the closest Boba place to my house, but it's worth driving the extra 10 mins to get this nectar of the gods.
