Love the variety of teas and jelly selection is solid.

Great variety but only thing is they ran out of red bean so after they charged me out they told me the tea would only be matcha with no red bean. I was fine with that but the matcha had no flavor. Wish they would have suggested something else. May try a different one again. Undecided..

I was baffled when cashier insisted that it was our fault that she couldn’t complete her job right. As a customer, feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. That is not something I should feel when I am paying for my drink. And the fact that she kept on insisting that it was our fault. There are no words. Safe to say. I would never be returning.

A lot of selection and so much choice which is great for those who love bubble tea. It was empty when we went on a Sunday afternoon and we got our drinks quite quickly.

The "milk powder" they use in their milk drinks tastes like buttered popcorn jelly bellies... It's not bad just kinda weird.

Great selections. Yummy treats. Great prices. Might be our after school snack from now on

I stopped my here by the demand of my girlfriend to pick up some boba tea, and was disappointed to find that both of our drinks were wrong. Her green tea had the wrong toppings (with an insane extra charge of 1.75 per topping?!?!), and my milk green tea had no milk. I've had positive experiences before, but perhaps this location is one to skip on.

No matter which KFT I go, I keep having thoughts of 60s-70s kung fu movies were the fighter mouth is moving, but voice comes later. Enter the Dragon always comes to mind when I visit. Not sure why, but at least I know I can think and relate things LOL. This particular location doesn't have much foot traffic, but what they have here is quiet mellow setting for you to enjoy your beverage and snacks. Television tuned to TMZ or other talk show. Got me winter melon milk green tea with boba no need to customize. Good tea flavor even with winter melon added tells me they are careful of how they make their drink. Heeee-ya!

The canonical milk tea is good. Not a fan of the flavored boba though.
