For orthodox Asian food, its seasoning is just right and not too salty. It is delicious and not burdensome to the body. The portion is sufficient, but it may be too bland for an American restaurant.

This is a Chinese food restaurant but the food is not so Chinese and the service is way worse than any other real Chinese food restaurants. Besides the veggie, all other dishes are spicy that’s because they do not know how to cook the real Chinese food. Lady servers are rude and only give you half of the portions when you pay in full.
Good is okay but the service not so great the girls where in a hurry that didn’t listen to our request there was no one behind us so I would understand if they were trying to provide fast service …

just came here and the cashier didn't ask me if i was eating this togo or here, did not ask me if i needed a bag, and expected me to hold 3 bags, a togo box, two spoons, two forks, napkins, a water bottle, and i understand when days are busy, i work in restaurant service too, so i asked kindly "do you guys have bags?" she gave me the shadiest, pettiest "well, u didnt ask" and pushed a plastic bag on me, which i couldnt bag in the moment because i had too many things on my hands. so now i had to carry a bag as well. isn't her job to ask if i need a bag? so rude food was s*** too, sesame chicken was okay just because it was hot.

I've never eaten at this place before, but I'm looking at the reviews and they have the most horrible reviews I've ever seen any business have so I don't think that I'm going to be eating here. All the customers are saying the customer service is extremely bad and the food was very sparse like they don't want to actually fill people's plates or containers. So they're cheap. Its very unfortunate they're allowed to keep their business opened here in one of the busiest malls in Las Vegas when they could easily be replaced with a panda express, which would be much better, and whoever runs the place needs to ensure the employees they hire have good customer service AT ALL TIMES. Even though I didn't end up eating at this place, as I stand here, looking at several different options, I have to eat while I'm taking a break from shopping in this mall, I thought it was important to post a review so the owner and manager would know and see that the terrible customer service and the terrible food itself is causing them to actually lose business .

The only reason they get two is because of ONE employee. I can't remember her name she short lantinx and super nice BUT from the new girl young girl and new older lady and lastly the RUDE a** lady that's been there forever. Those three employees are THE WORSE. I work at the mall and they give out special treatment to certain ppl. They are always rude when myself and some other employees in the mall come to buy food. We understand it may be a long day but we feel the same way. It worse for us to work hard and come to BUY lunch and the ppl serving you makes your lunch break a BAD ONE!
