L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

First of all, they don’t ever answer their phone so what I did was call as I’m walking in and as I was walking in, I hear the phone ringing with no customers in there and they’re just ignoring the phone. This place should not be making Hawaiian food. It’s basically false advertisement! I’ve added some pictures to show you what I ordered versus what I received and I told the lady this is not what I ordered and she was defensive and said it is what you ordered and I point out the picture on the menu and she said yeah it’s the same! So she went back and forth with me for my refund! Worst experience ever, worst vibe ever!

Sorry . The one on Nellis / Sahara is the filthiest places to eat at. I will never go back. I didn’t even want to touch the door when I was leaving. Someone needs to get them some windex and a mop

Meal didn't match the picture. Ordered a hawaiin BBQ plate regular size, was expecting a large meal for the price, and got a bowl equivalent to the size of the chicken bowl. Almost 20 bucks just for this? They also forgot my spam musubi and forgot my macaroni salad. They don't put any love into cooking the food and the customers can feel it. I get the sense whoever made my meal didn't enjoy having to cook it. No love whatsoever. Feels like cafeteria food. Jail food.

The reason I have them 3 stars on the service is because I orderd 2 separate sides of macaroni and they put them all in one container. The reason I asked for 2 separate sides is because it was for 2 espérate people. How en I supposed to split that now. There lucky they got 3 stars.
