First of all if I could rate them a zero I would so they should be lucky I’m even giving them a 1. We called around 9 to make a phone order , and the lady said they can’t take phone order bc they stop taking phone orders at 9. The website says they closed at 10. We live 2 minutes down the street so we got there at 9:05 I walked in the store I could see all the attitude from all the workers , the lady that took my order was very rude , and having an attitude, when the guy went to take the order to the back, and read it off to the cook I could hear her complain real loudly. I understood why they had an attitude as I was getting into the car with my food all the workers walked out , and they closed the store mind you without doing any of the dishes i assume bc two minutes after I got my food they was coming right behind me closing the store you were having an attitude with me because you wanted to close your store early mind you the website says it close at 10 , if you wanna close early please change your time online , and your service is just horrible fix your attitude I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

If you are ordering through Door Dash,check your locations, not all do door dash pickup, so in this instance, I went directly in to order. The girl at the counter was so nice. They don't wear name tags, but she was so sweet. She got my order perfect and even had good suggestions when I told her I was doing low-carb and did not want mac salad or rice. They gave me a bunch of chicken katsu,enough for 2 meals. The cashier girl asked me all about low carb, and I thought it was great she showed interest. My food took 10 mins. Once done, she tightly bagged with plenty of the sauces I asked for. I really like L&L and I am so glad I have one so close to me.

Waited about 30 mins for raw noodle that I needed to cook at home just because I asked for take out ... absolutely blows my mind because it was never mentioned to me that I would have to do that ! Macaroni salad was watery definitely not good

Kahlúa Pork & Cabbage is my go to. Every single time I visit this L&L Hawaiian Barbecue restaurant, the food is cooked to order quickly. The pork is so moist and plentiful. The service is friendly and fast. Small dining room, but take out is always on target. My family chooses the bbq mix plate or the Kalbi ribs which they love as well. Great job L&L!

I ordered the bbq sampler and teriyaki chicken plate. It was the worst tasting quality of meat I've ever tasted. I don't even think the chicken was real chicken. It tasted like no meat I've ever tasted before. The bbq teriyaki beef was chewy and super tuff. Do not eat at this location!

Aloha! We are off to Hawaii in a week, so our family was trying to get in the island mood. L & L Hawaiian is a chain that my fiancé loves and I am so glad I got to finally try it. The 4 of us all had different plate lunches and we all left happy and full. Lunches can be ordered in sizes "mini or full". The mini that I ordered was quite a bit of food! The Hawaiian bbq chicken was a solid choice for me. Especially when dipped into their orange sweet/spicy dipping sauce! Plates come with sides of steamed rice and macaroni salad. I'm typically not a fan of Mac salad but theirs was tasty. My daughter especially loved it. It's a small, walk up and order with the cashier style shop. Service was friendly and all our food was cooked fresh. Very pleased and will definitely come back in for lunch again.

I used to have chicken teriyaki here and today I ordered the same. they gave me chicken bbq and says this is chicken teriyaki. teriyaki and bbq are TWO different things! can someone google it and see the difference?
