Food/Taste/ - Chicken Katsu and Loco Moco with sunny side up egg. The chicken katsu was a bit drier than usual and the pieces are unevenly cut (if cut at all). The loco moco was good and they were generous on the gravy! Wish the egg had a bit more fry at the bottom edge. - very short interaction but friendly and quick. - typical of an L&L where the tables are clean but the signs and decorations are a bit worn.Value for - our go to chain but not the best location we've been to in terms of food. However, reasonable price, quick service, and decent food means we'll continue to visit this chain!

they are so slow here it took them 20 minutes to give me my order of 1 spam musubi, I had to go up and ask for it then the one they gave me was cold, plus it’s supposed to come with an extra sauce but they didn’t include it. I didn’t bother because I had to leave since my lunch break was almost over. Also it smells bad there every time, they need to pick a struggle smh

Place smells like raw sewage so all those small particles you smell are all over your food and every surface of that place. Much better options for Hawaiian out there. They seem to hide the health and safety rating behind the business license. Standing at the counter to the right on the peg board the business license is taped all the way to the bottom to cover the health inspection grade/report. Will probably see this place on dirty dinning one day.

Spent $50 on 2 half & half plates, 2 spam masubi, 2 desserts & 1 guava drink... just for my boyfriend and I to get food poisoning. We knew it came from here bc we were completely fine until we ate the food, that's when we started feeling stomach pains & more. As much as we love hawaiian food, this ruined our appetite for it for a while.

I'm glad we came back to try this L&L again. There was no much aloha here last time and it was enough to keep us away for over a year. We really wanted L&L and this one is the closest to us. We actually debated whether or not to try again. Glad we decided to do it. It looks the same inside, but the staff was different and the man helping us was soooo nice. Complete 180 turnaround from Mr. Grumpy from our prior visit. So happy we can go back here and get some Island Style fast food. Onolicious as usual and the Aloha is back!

This is not the same L&L in California. This location the catsu sauce taste like ketchup. In California the catsu sauce is a brown delicious sauce. Their fish was ok, the shrimp and scallops were hard as cardboard. The rice was alittle gooey. And the guy in the kitchen was blowing his nose without a tissue, made me gag. I don't think I will return until they make this food taste authentic like the l&l Hawaiian is supposed to.
Their app advertised that 8/8 was spam musubi day, and had a coupon for free spam musubi. It specifically said no purchase necessary, but when I tried to redeem it, but they refused and told me that it was only with purchase.

Their combination fried rice was on a par with a good Chinese version, and their "crispy fries"were indeed crispy. We also ordered their fish sandwich which was large and tasty, but frankly McDonalds makes a better sandwich. All that said, the whole dinner was good and for about half the cost of what we'd expect to pay elsewhere (except for the fish sandwich at McDonalds).

Stay away from this place i got food poisoning by them i ended up sick for 2 weeks! Luckily I didn't pursue a lawsuit against them all! Very dirty place to buy food and sketchy workers that works there! I will never i my life eat from L&L again!

On July 07, 2023, during the late afternoon hours, my cousin and I decided to visit the L&L restaurant located in Summerlin. Upon entering the establishment, we were immediately struck by the unsanitary state of the floor tiles. The tiles appeared to be coated with layers of dirt and grime, indicating a lack of cleaning throughout the day. Additionally, we were dismayed to find a trash can overflowing with garbage, obstructing one of the dining tables near the restrooms. This was not only an unpleasant sight but also a potential health hazard.Unfortunately, our negative experience did not end there. We encountered a cashier who did not wash her hands after handling cash registers and packing to-go orders with utensils and napkins. This was deeply concerning, as this type of behavior can lead to the transmission of harmful bacteria and viruses. The cashier was an Asian female, and her disregard for basic hygiene practices was a major disappointment.Further inspection of the restaurant revealed several more alarming violations. The carbonated soda tanks were not properly secured on the floor, a clear violation of Health Department regulations. Additionally, we observed cleaning chemicals stored near utensils, napkins, and the water fountain. Such a careless placement of hazardous materials can pose significant health risks to customers and employees alike.Another major concern was the storage of trash near refrigerated beverages. Although stickers were present as reminders not to use them, cleaning tools were left between the trash and the refrigerator. This is a blatant violation of Health Department regulations and should not be taken lightly.All of these concerning issues collectively point to a lack of attention to cleanliness and safety at this location. We strongly advise against dining at this establishment due to the potential health hazards and unsanitary conditions present.
